Hi,
Had weigh in last night and have another 5lb gone so feeling good now Its hard but my aim is to try stick to this and get as close to goal as possible. After this i plan to do the reedfeed and maintenance for few weeks just to try keep it under control. Once finally free of Lipotrim products plan is to join slimming world and keep this weight off forever. I have got back to running now and it is such much easier as the weight comes off. Im only doing 30 mins at moment following couch to 5 k plan. I want to get back to running and healthy eating to keep this off.
So far i have been 100% with no cheating. I find weekends the hardest but am trying to keep busy to avoid giving in to any tempatations. The end goal is going to be worth all this hard work.
