Hi so so helpfull. Welcome to the forum! Good luck with the lipotrim. I started 2 weeks ago, so am still a relative newbie! Like a lot of others, I too, have a large amount of weight to lose (over 8 stones) and am looking up a very tall, and steep mountain to climb. However, instead of craning my neck, and looking at the top, I'm starting at base level, head down, and setting small achievable mini goals on a gradual slope.
Every journey starts with a single step. Suggest you could do the same. Dont worry about the length of time its gonna take. With the support of this forum, I feel safe, anonymous, and will express my feelings whenever I feel like it. I've decided I'm gonna swim against the tide and give it my best shot 100% knowing I can dip in to the forum regularly for inspirational support. The first week is always the hardest (peaking between 3-5 days) but it does get easier after that.
With positive thoughts, I am focusing on where I wanna be in a few weeks time and this is giving me the willpower to do it. Having lost my first stone in two weeks, I've noticed my trousers are getting very loose so I know something is happening to my body!
I wish you the very best of luck on your journey, and do pop into forum for inspirational support and let us know how you are getting on
