Well that was an experience! Thankfully nothing bad showed up, was a bit worried actually as there's a history of bowel cancer in my family - mum has this done quite a lot. I've got IBS, which I kinda suspected anyway. Had lots of sedation and gas & air so feel quite chilled planning on going home and doing nothing

Sorry I've not replied before now, internet's been down on my phone I'm feeling much better thanks. Well apart from a absolutely cracking migraine this dinner time. Had to go to bed it was that bad. Booked up this afternoon tho, managed to get some uni work done. I've not been eating that much, but was told that I should eat easily digestible food - mainly carbs. So I've had toast and a bit of pasta. Been weighed tho, I've stayed the same. Really pleased that I've not put any on. Think I should be ok to start back on cd tomorrow xxx

Very wise, your body been through alot. Carbs will be fine and easy to digest, as long as you don't over eat you'll be fine xxx

I've only started to get them in the last year or so. Get normal headaches a lot too, always have. Can't believe how bad the one today was. Bent down to feed the cat and it felt like my brain hit the inside of my forehead! Does cd make migraines worse then? xxx

Morning
No doesn't make them worse, but if you get dehydrated you can get them. Also in the first week alot of people get naming headaches. A couple of times I've had to come off plan due to terrible headaches. I think they seem to be more regular on cd though. If I get a bad one I have toast and coffee with sugar, then usually it goes, so must be linked to cd. I've noticed that on a few people's threads now, they eat too.

Hi hun, sorry I've been AWOL for a while. Had quite a few issues at home. Bit of a crappy weekend to be honest. Been off plan til today, not been eating much tho, not had much of an appetite to be honest xxx

Right, I'm back! I'm not going to bore you with the details but I'll just say these last few weeks have been bloody horrible I've decided to move out of my dads house and make a fresh start, I just can't live here any more, it's driving me insane. Back on the diet today - going away in 2 weeks so really must pull my finger out. I'm sorry for ignoring everyone after all the support you gave me but I've just not been able to face anyone. Hope everyone's doing ok xxx
