Dance the positive spin..
Hi there
I've just been reading ur thread and want to say thanks - ur 'journey so far' has helped me cos every bit of reassurance that I wanted to say to you, as I read thru ur diary, has reiterated to me that i need to apply same to myself Oh if only it was easy to practice what we preach! Lol
We started on same day with similar stats (except I'm 41 lol) and I too haven't lost for what feels like ages! In fact I'm going up half a pound practically daily over last few days!
However I too haven't had any shifty-wifty's for 6 days now (now on day 2 of rhubarb and also resorted to senokot today so fingers crossed lol)! Although rationally I know the slow-down in losses is more than likely due both to that and the fact that any losses are gonna slow after such a massive first week loss; emotionally it is hard to truly believe that and not think we are doing something wrong and are doomed lol.
So thank you and good luck both with Dukan and with shifty-wiftys
