Went and don't couch to 5 k them came home and had melon and a rocky road hifi (3 syns )

What plan do you follow?

I think though that some of the foods you had today have water-weight to them (e.g. supernoodles) and that can make a big difference on the scales. Maybe you'll get a bigger loss to make up for it next week & at least it's not a gain, perhaps being light to begin with makes it harder to shift the weight xx
