Had a lovely play date !!!
Had a few naughties though a cupcake and an ice cream at the ice cream farm !!! Ooops must do better today !!!
 
My yummy pizza was so hungry I never did the chips as they would have taken too long !!

Ended up way over syns yesterday really picked had all my meals and fruit but also had a hifi bar a bag off sweet chilli snack a jacks a bag off mango chutney snack a jack curls so ended up
At 25.5 syns !!!!

In work today 12 hours !!!

This is the food plan !!!

Breakfast
Fruit & yougurt

Lunch

Either a subway salad or a sandwich off some kind need to go looking or maybe a pasta pot like I had yesterday ??!!!

Dinner
Hubby is making it when I finish work gnocchi with chicken and mushrooms
So will need maybe 4 syns but want to try and have less than 10 syns today and until Wednesday ?? !!!

Hi Hun

100g off gnocchi is 2 syns
He uses blitzed tinned toms for the sauce adds lots off veg and chicken :)
 
Thursday food


I have a busy 2 days have done a favour for a girl in work so a working 2 x 12 hour shifts in a row !!!
So in today 11-11 and tomorrow 11-11 !!!
Food all made up and planned yesterday must stick to it as I have a meal out planned on Saturday !!!

Thursday

Breakfast
35g porridge oats made with water
Sweetner

2 coffees

Lunch
Salad not sure what type yet need to buy this !!

Tea
Chilli & rice syn free added extra peas & sweetcorn to the rice to bulk it out

Snacks
Choc orange hifi bar (6)
Lentil & veg soup
Shape delight yoghurt
Pineapple melon & grapes
Salad cream (1)

Planing for 10 syns or less this week as my meal out Saturday doesn't have many healthy choices !!

I know the book is only £4.95 so it would Be postage on top off that x

You just login to paypal and click makepayment and you can just put my email address in and how much to send and so it that way !! :)
 
Have been missing had a really bad day yesterday in work and Thursday yesterday resisted in me having to come home as I was a bit upset about an incident that happened at work,food was all over the place and today was my date meal with hubby with a groupon that I got months ago but had almost forgot about it was a bargain !!!
£18 for 2 courses and 2 mains and 2 liquor coffees !!

Here was mine and hubby's food Defo not Sw friendly. !!
