From looking at your food plan it looks like you've been having a really good day. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised at weigh in tomorrow :)

I have to agree with you though about getting complacent with the plan. I also agree with you about not weighing...I haven't weighed anything for ages, so I bet I'd be shocked if I did start weighing things like cheese. Maybe we ought to have a challenge for a week to weigh all our hexs? It might be a start! :) xxx

Yes I'm up for that will start it from tomorrow and keep it up for the week !!! Shall carry my mini bottle off milk with me to work too :) !!!

Yeah have been good today have eaten everything as planned and have some berries to eat on my train home from work :) oh and some pineapple yummy :) !!!
 
Ok so yesterday was chaotic in work and I only had 15 mins too cook and eat my tea and I didn't reheat it properly my rice was only Luke warm and now I've been up all night with a poorly tummy :( own fault but It was the only time I had Chamce to eat !!!
Plus I stuck to plan all day 10 syns !!!! :) I have my little bottle ready to measure my milk today :)
 
Grrrr got up and came to measure my milk and we have none !!!
Had enough for a coffee and that was all shall pick some up this morning !!

Awwww! Sorry to hear about your poorly tummy hun. Rice can give you a really nasty bug if not reheated properly :( I hope you feel better soon hun. In the meantime it might be a good idea to try to avoid milk as the bacteria feed on the sugars in it. It might also be a good idea to eat as plainly as possible today to give your tummy time to recover xxx

Oh thanks Hun !!! I'm feeling a bit better just feel a bit drained !!!

Cappuccino cafe Nero (will check syns in a mo )

New to grab something as dosing get home till late last night

Dinner
Hubby is making chicken & veg gnocchi !!! Nom nom !!! About (4 syns)

Hoping to make enough dinner so that I can take it in to work tomorrow as I'm working overtime tomorrow 12-10pm
And will sort out some lunch to take with me too
