Chilli and tomato chicken
3chicken breasts 12pp
2 packs noodles 9pp (better with spaghetti but had none)
2 tbls hoi sin 2pp (better with chilli sauce but again had none)
Fry light 1pp
1 tbls light soy sauce 0pp
Pack of mushrooms 0pp
2 onions 0pp
1 red chilli 0pp
Tin chopped tomatoes 0pp
Chilli powder 0p
24pp - 3 servings @ 8pp each
1. Chop all veg
2. Cut chicken into very small pieces
3. Fry onions in a large pan with a bit of oil
4. Add the chicken, chopped chilli and plenty of chilli powder. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes or so.
6. Add the wet ingredients, stir and allow to simmer for 5-10mins.
7. Prepare spaghetti as per pack, add to pan and serve.
