Good morning!

Well last nights chinese was a bit of a disaster! But on a positive note, I didn't eat too much!!
The waitress didn't write down our order, even though I asked her too because it was a big order (11 of us). It all came out totally wrong and loads was missing.

Not sure what the plan is for today. We brought a kayak the other day, so might take that to the beach later for a laugh. Not had breakfast yet, not sure what to have. Will probably cook in tonight, really fancy chicken with flat bread and salad so might do that for a nice change. Plus it's really healthy

Oh no that’s terrible hope u got some discount. I hate it when they do that when it’s just 3 of us so god knows why you would even attempt it with 11. Sometimes u feel it’s easier to cook yourself don’t you least know it’s correct lol.

I hardly ever eat out here because I prefer my own cooking but was out voted last nice, lol!
We’re having make your own pizza tonight on flatbreads. That’ll keep the kids happy. I’ll just have chicken, salad flatbread with loads of extra salad

We can’t go out in the kayak because it’s red flag....gutted!! So just having a chilled day, walked to our favourite bar for a drink. Plus I’ve got some work crap to sort out this afternoon, can’t face it yet though, so it’ll wait.

Good Morning!

Yesterday was a good day foodwise. I had an omelette for breakfast and then chicken, salad, flatbread for dinner. I reckon the total calories would have been about 800 for both. Then I had 3 beers and 2 glasses of sangria. So would have still been easily within 2000 calories for the day. So happy with that. Plus I did a bit of walking as well, just under 4 miles

Think we're having a boring DIY day today, we've got a few bits to do. Then might laze around the pool for a bit this afternoon.
Tomorrow's Amy's birthday and my son is coming out to surprise her. I can't wait to see her face!

Amy's had every birthday since she was 2 out here. She's got so many friends here that we always used to do her a party. Now she's a bit older, she just plans the whole day and we just go with it. Her plan for tomorrow is:
Get up and go straight in the pool
Breakfast & Presents
Jet Skiing
Bar for a drink (that's where Dan will be to surprise her)
Kebab
Pool
Pasta for tea (strange child)
Out at night

Then because she thinks Dan's coming out on Saturday, she's planned her 2nd birthday so he can join in.
We're going to the beach to do paddle boarding and banana boat

I'm knackered just thinking about it, lol!!

Oh yes she has it all planned!! It will be non stop all day!
There’s 8 years between them Dans 21 and Amy will be 13. They’re so close though even with the big age gap. She absolutely idolises him. I’ve been so lucky really that they have such a beautiful relationship. And they’ve never really argued

Absolutely gutted. Dan’s flight has been delayed by 8 1/2 hours he was due to leave Luton at 7.30 in the morning but he’s just had a message to say it’s delayed. So now he won’t arrive until after 10pm, so her birthday will be over and it won’t be a surprise. I’m absolutely devastated, I’ve not told her yet because she doesn’t know he was coming early to surprise her. I’ll tell her in the morning when she’s had her pressies.

Iv had crap few hours aswell. Dunno if told u other day hot tub had a leak to had to empty it leave it as thort it was fixed then refill. Turns out it’s still leaking so been a joke. The bloke that came to repair it broke the lid and scratched panels aswell. Anyway they are now sending out a new one on Saturday and giving us some kind of compensation due to fact we have had to fill And heat twice due to it being faulty. Anyway got that sorted drive to work and someone knocked the wind mirror off car so that’s goin cost about 100 quid to fix


Time for bed it’s been one of them days haha On the plus side we had a lovely time at Matlock.

Good morning!!

Well todays the day Amy's been looking forward to all year!! I can't believe my baby is 13 today.

Yesterday was a good day for me both food and drinkwise. I had a veggi burger for lunch and curry for dinner, it would have been around 1000 for both. I only had 3 beers, so that's about 1800 calories for the day.
Not sure how today will go. I'm doing egg butties for breakfast but I'm not bothered about them, so will probably just have a piece of nice bread. I might share a pizza for lunch and then pasta for tea. So not too bad, if I stick to that. Plus will probably have a couple of drinks.

I need to make the most what I've got left of the holiday as when I get back I'll be on a massive mission to get to 10 stone, hopefully by christmas

We’ve got electrician comin today to sort socket so goin ring them at 9 and tell them to leave plug it’s done then ant it. Costing us 250 but least they ant got mess with it. Can Just send us New one on Saturday no messing.

Ye the money he gets bck is good but like u say still disappointing isn’t it. Shame about the bus aswell always bloody something isn’t there.

Last night he said stuff it I’m leavin the tub on least can use it Friday who cares if leakin it’s faulty it’s goin bck. After I knocked car he went Iv turned it off prob end up having a fire all electrics underneath isn’t there lol.

Hopefully we both have better days today lol

Hope you manage to get the hot tub sorted today, once and for all, so you can start to enjoy it.

Well yesterday didn't quite go to plan. Dan ended up being delayed even more, he arrived at 1am this morning!! We managed to keep Amy out until he arrived to surprise her. Her little face was a picture bless her. She's got another packed day planned for today, which should be fun.

I had a pounding headache yesterday, so didn't really drink which was good Also only had a couple of small bits of bread for breakfast and pasta for dinner, so food calories yesterday would have been really low. Probably only about 600 for the day! I'm sure I'll make up for it today, lol.
Still got a bit of a headache but hopefully when I get to the beach, the sea air will get rid of it.

Aww so pleased he finally got there in the end bless him. What a day for him my hubby would be well ratty about it .

He’s there now so u can all have a lovely day today.

Electrics where done last night took him 4 hours I sat there thinking we are bloody cursed lol, But they are in so just sat waiting now for men. We are first job so should be around 11ish as come from Gatwick area I think .

Tbh Dan was just laughing because he was past being annoyed. He can make a claim though, so should get some money back.

Good morning

I hope you got the hot tub sorted and managed to get in it last night. Hopefully now you’ll be able to enjoy it

Had a fab day yesterday. We went paddle boarding and then Amy and hubby went on jet skis. Paddle boarding is so much fun but absolutely knackering. It was quite windy and the waves were making it hard to stay in control, so I spent most of my time in the water!

I walked 5 miles and spent about an hour in the sea, so think I did enough exercise yesterday, lol! I drank mainly water, getting fed up with gin and beer now, so I’ve only been drinking when I’m out. Food was good yesterday, had pasta for lunch and then chicken fajitas for dinner. Probably about 1200 calories in total but only 2 beers and lots of water!

Think we’re going to have a more chilled lazy day today. The kids want to play pool volleyball, so will probably just stay around the pool for most of the day.
