It's Friday already....where did that week go!!
I'm so looking forward to a lie in tomorrow and not really doing much. I've not really got any plans for the weekend, I guess I'll just catch up on washing and cleaning etc.... On a positive note, not having plans means that the diet will stay on track as I wont have any temptations
Yesterday was a great day foodwise. I ended up having my veggi burger with actifry chips and salad for dinner and still had some calories left, so I had a couple of ferrero roche as a treat with a cuppa later on. I ended the day on 1025 calories which was great but it felt really naughty because I'd had burger, chips and chocolate!
I've decided that I'm not going to drink for a couple of weeks because I drank far too much over xmas and on holiday. So Alcohol won't be a problem this weekend. Normally I would have a gin or glass of wine on a Friday night after work.
My food plan for today is:
Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - Cuppa soup, lentil curls & grapes
Dinner - Pasty, salt & pepper potatoes with lots of veggies
