Ye was really good . Was thinking of going somewhere this weekend as bank holiday but at the min weather looks rubbish so may not bother. We are away last week of may so if weather rubbish will prob just save the money and have more spends for end of may holiday .

It's so much easier to diet tho when not going away I can really get into the zone. Need to start and stick to plan on these little weekends they are dangerous lol. Three days turns into a full week cause I think oh stuff it start again on Thursday every time lol

I know exactly what you mean. I love my holidays and weekends away but it plays havoc with my diet plans! Once I've lost a bit more I think I might do the 5 2 diet, if nothing else it will help maintain my loss.

Thanks hun. Only a week this time, we're off to Orlando. Unfortunately due to School we can't take Amy so she's staying with my mum for the week. She's not too bothered though as she has loads of holidays and she knows that this won't really be a holiday.

Anyway how are you? How's the new chappie? I had a quick look at your diary yesterday and it sounds like you're all loved up.
 
All good here! It's just got serious, he's met the kids lol, I still need to meet his son, but I guess at least we got my kids meet out the way lol, the tricky bit will be to get the kids to meet his son, if they get along! My kids had trouble getting on with an ex's younger sons and it wasn't good at all, really glad that ended as it got really stressful with the bickering etc. Kids eh lol.
Hope you have a lovely time away, don't worry too much about your diet, it'll be waiting when you get back and I'm sure you'll have a good go of it then too

Wow you have moved on since I last spoke to you. I'm so pleased to hear that the kids have meet him. I wouldn't worry too much about them meeting his son. They are a bit older now so hopefully it will all work out well :)

I promise I will be back properly when I get back from Orlando. I will so need to get back into the diet big time!
 
I've not posted my diary because even though I've been super healthy I've not been totally to plan. So I will weigh myself on Friday before I go back out to America and then that will be it until I get back. After that I will post my diary to help motivate me.

I've had such a stressful week at work, I'll need a holiday by the weekend!

I'm back!!

I had a great week in Orlando but unfortunately I gained 7lbs in a week!! Far too much food and beer, lol!

I now only have a couple of weeks until I go to Spain but that extra 7lbs isn't coming with me. So I need to get shifting it quickly.

It was my birthday yesterday, so I was super bad and I've still got cake left so I am going to finish that tonight and then have a few good days before my party on Saturday.

How are you all doing?
 
Welcome home, i've been awol lol and tbh not on plan full-stop, in desperate need of money and motivation lol I'm on plan but with extra naughtiness haha, i'll find my way back on the wagon eventually i'm sure then there'll be no stopping me. Good afternoon all.....

I'm back!!

I've been away for the summer but now I am back and on a mission to get down to 12 stone before I go to Orlando in October.

This time around I am 6lbs lighter than when I started last time (in January). Since I was last on here I have put on 7lbs which I don't actually think is too bad as I was away for 6 weeks and also not been eating particuarly well before then either.
I would love to now lose 13lbs between now and 12th October, so I have 5 weeks....eek!!

Like last time I will be doing a mix of slimming world recipes and detox days. I love doing detox days and usually find them quite easy, so will have a go next week during the week days.

I have also set myself a little challenge. My daughter has a trampoline and I have said I will go on it 3-5 times a week. I started last night and managed 4 minutes continuous bouncing. It nearly killed me, I've been to a couple of the trampoline parks and can last an hour but could only do 4 minutes when I had to just bounce and not stop. I am hoping to increase the time by a little bit each time.

I am also doing a 30km enduro bike ride in October and I've not had any practise, so I am hoping to get out on my bike a few times a week between now and then.

Anyway that's enough about me. How is everyone?
