Good afternoon all,

Yesterday seemed to go well foodwise, so I am happy to be back on track. I know it's only early days but I seem to be doing ok :)

We decided last week to have a fruit bowl in the office to snack on rather than biscuits and crisps. That is working really well and I'm now snacking on bananas, satsumas and grapes :) I'm hoping this will also help me next week when I start my detox days as there will be no tempation during the day.

I think I need to set myself another water challenge like I did last time as I am still terrible at drinking water while I'm at work. So I will try to have atleast 2 bottles a day. It's ok in the evening or when I'm at home because I often have water but it's just thinking to have it while I'm at work.

So day 2 of my trampoline chanllenge went well. I managed 5 minutes which is a minute longer than I did the day before, so I am really pleased with that. Hopefully if the weather is ok this evening I will go out and do it again. Hopefully by bouncing a few times a week, I will see the benefits by the end of the month.

I'm really good thank you. I've been out of the UK for quite a bit since April, hence not posting on here but I am back now and wanting to lose a bit :)

Someone in the office suggested having a fruit bowl a couple of weeks ago and it is working really well. It is within easy reach and staring at me all day, so it is easier to pick up a piece of fruit than it is anything else.

I am rubbish with water, yes we should do a water challenge and make sure we stick to it!

Good afternoon all,

I am so back on this diet now, thankfully my motivation is back!!

Yesterday was day 2 back on the diet wagon and I didn't feel hungry at all. The fruit at work is really helping as it means I can snack if I need to. I only had 1 satusma all day though as I wasn't that hungry.

I really want to have a sneaky look at the scales but as it's only been 2 days, I stayed away. I really don't want to get back addicted to the scales every day again!

Day 3 of my trampoline challenge went well again. I managed 5 minutes again last night, although it hurt more than the day before. Not sure if I'll get on it tonight as I wont be back till quite late.

Thursday 7th September

Happy Friday all!!

Day 4 and so far so good. I've been really good and not had anything naughty at all since Tuesday. Tonight I'm going on a bike ride after work, it's the first time back on my bike for about 8 months! Then after we are going to the pub for dinner. I will try to stay healthy but might have a well earned drink :)

I had a sneeky look on the scales this morning and they are heading in the right direction, so hopefully by Tuesday when I weigh in they will still look good :)

I have changed my weigh in day, I have always weighed myself on a Monday but as I started this diet on a Tuesday I thought it best to do Tuesday weigh in.

It's the weekend...yippee!!

What's everone got planned? I'm working for most of today and then planning to go on a bike ride again tomorrow, if I don't ache too much!

Yesterday was a great day. I was really good foodwise during the day and I even managed 2 bottles of water while at work. Then last night I went on a bike ride, which I have to say nearly killed me as I am so unfit! Then we went to the pub for dinner. I was good, I had a chicken burger. We went to witherspoons so it was grilled chicken which is a bit healthier. I had a shandy but tbh I think I deserved it after the killer bike ride!

I'm nipping out for lunch later and have already decided I'll have a sandwich, then a big breakfast for dinner (which will be super healthy). So hopefully I'll be ok today.

Saturday 9th September

I was so pleased with how yesterday went. I expected to fail a bit but I did good :) I didn't snack all day and had a big healthy fry up for dinner.

Today we are going on another bike ride, I'm not too sure how far we are going but I'm expecting it to be about 15 miles. We did a nie ride on Friday which was 9.5 miles, so hopefully I'll manage a bit further today.

I'm doing roast dinner tonight, it might be a bit naughty but I'm hoping after the bike ride I'll have earned it :)

How are we all?

Yesterday was a good day for me. I managed a 19+ mile bike ride, which I was so pleased to be able to do. We stopped half way and I had a cuppa and cake but as it was over lunch time I didn't mind too much. I think I deserved it.

So today is a new week and I am back doing my detox days. I am planning to do them each day this week Monday - Friday. I will only have fruit, veg and salad during the day and then in the evening I will have a healthy meal.

Scales day tomorrow and I've not had a sneaky look since Friday, so I am hoping I will still be ok in the morning. I'm desperate for a couple of pounds and will be happy with anything over 2lbs.

Good morning everyone!

Yippee I got on the scales this morning and I've lost 3lbs!!

I am so pleased to have lost 3lbs as I've been really good this week and it's nice to see the scales going down :) So for my mini targets I've got 6lbs to lose before the end of September and and another 10lbs before my holiday in October. I'm hoping to smash them both but looking at it now, maybe I was a bit optimistic!

This week I am doing my detox days so hopefully that will give me a good boost. I've got a really busy weekend though, so not sure how that will go. I will try my best to be healthy but we'll see.

Day 2 of my detox days and so far so good. Having a fruit bowl at work certainly helps! Today I have brought a bit more salad than yesterday as well so hopefully it will see me through till tonight.

Sorry it's been a long day lol. That's brill Hun well done.
Just had chicken and jacket and fruit so all good. Can't be bothered fill my page in lol, you know sometimes when you just can't be bothered cause not really interested in it haha. Hopefully feel better in few days once stopped eatin crap just feel bloated and no energy at min. I'm still checkin ur page tho :)

Good morning everyone!

How are we this morning?

Day 3 of my detox days and so far so good :) I didn't seem to eat much at work yesterday, I just wasn't really hungry. I've got loads of fruit and salad again today, so should be good again.
Last nights dinner wasn't as planned but we went shopping and didn't get back til quite late, so just had go do something quick.

I'm hoping it will stay dry later so I can get back on the trampoline as not been on it for a few days and feel the need for a bit of exercise, if not I might just have to do some exercises in home instead.
