Good afternoon all,
Yesterday seemed to go well foodwise, so I am happy to be back on track. I know it's only early days but I seem to be doing ok
We decided last week to have a fruit bowl in the office to snack on rather than biscuits and crisps. That is working really well and I'm now snacking on bananas, satsumas and grapes I'm hoping this will also help me next week when I start my detox days as there will be no tempation during the day.
I think I need to set myself another water challenge like I did last time as I am still terrible at drinking water while I'm at work. So I will try to have atleast 2 bottles a day. It's ok in the evening or when I'm at home because I often have water but it's just thinking to have it while I'm at work.
So day 2 of my trampoline chanllenge went well. I managed 5 minutes which is a minute longer than I did the day before, so I am really pleased with that. Hopefully if the weather is ok this evening I will go out and do it again. Hopefully by bouncing a few times a week, I will see the benefits by the end of the month.
