Brrrr it's so cold!!
I've just had my dinner, I had some veggi chilli left over from last night, so I made wraps with veggi chilli, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was really quick to make and tasted yummy. I'm really full now though as had 2 wraps because there was loads of filling. I've worked it out and it was just over 600 calories, so happy with that as I felt really greedy having 2 wraps!
 
I’d have to have 2 for my tea lol. I have one at dinner time and it’s enough but I always need more in the evening.

I usually have a burrito but as I had some chilli left I thought I'd have that instead. I only ever have 1 if I have burrito because I have rice in it but I didn't have rice so thought 1 won't be enough.
 
Yes lol 😂 I must admit it’s good to diet in winter so can feel good in the summer . This is easy tho caise can eat normal don’t have to eat loads of salad

It's great. I used to find have 1/3 of my plate full of veg or salad hard but now I seem to do it without even thinking about it and it's not a pain anymore. I suppose the things I have salad or veg with now are the things I'd never have been able to have on SW as they would have been really high syns.
 
Ye and the fact put of havin them as using all syns . I think the fact we know we don’t need to do makes me do it , plus the fact low calories so fills your plate. Iv ordered some choc bars on the shoppin for next week haha loving it
 
Not much to report today really.
I've had my shake and 3 snacks. I've been a bit bored at work today so had an extra snack. Not sure what to do for dinner tonight. I'm going shopping after work so will decide as I'm walking round the supermarket.
I think I want something really warming as I've been really cold all day at work, so want to feel warm :)
 
Good morning all,
Last night didn't go to plan. We ended up having chippy! I had fishcake, chips and 2 pieces of bread. I'm not too disappointed as I know it could have been a lot worse. I would have no idea how to work out the calories for it but I know it would have been high.
Like I say, I'm not too bothered as I've been good all week and even with the chippy I think my daily total will come in to less that 2000 calories.
 
Morning, I don’t reckon that would of been to bad you know, fishcake is one of the best things you could of chose. Anyway your aloud a treat . Il be having a treat tomorrow night not decided what yet tho.
 
I had a look and it's no where near as bad as I thought it would be, so that's good :)
Tonight my daughters got her friend staying so we're having pizza and pasta. I don't think it will be too bad but I'll work it out later. I'm sure last time I had it, I managed to be not too far over my 600 allowance.

I can't wait to hear what your scales say in the morning :)

Ye I’m wondering what they are going to say knowin my luck il stay the same. Who knows least if I get rubbish this week i should see good results next week. Be brill if I could finally reach my stone loss but how bloated I am I doubt iT will happen.

You just need to think positive. You'e done so well, so far and you are still doing great.
Is your portion size much smaller than it would have been before you started counting calories?

Like pizza for example before I’d have half pizza half garlic bread and chicken , now it would be half pizza and corn on cob etc. Also when have pie things like the mash I would prob have 4 times the amount I’m measuring out. 100g of mash is like one heaped table spoon so would normally have a lot more with added milk and butter. Even jackets I would normally have two with some chicken. I’m just generally eating a lot less so can really see why it’s working.

I'm not sure I'm eating much less but I seem to be eating better choices. So for example I'd normally have a roast with yorkies, roast potatoes, mash and peas. Now I have it as a yorkie wrap, so have just a big yorkie, chicken, stuffing and loads of veg, so no roasts. I also love doing a naan with tikka chicken and salad. Before I would have had naan with chicken (in sauce), rice and chips. So I'm definitely making better food choices. And it really is working. It will be interesting when I'm on holiday to see if I automatically look at the calories when I go shopping or if I fall straight back into the trap of not caring about what I eat, lol.
 
I can’t see you doing it haha I know I wouldn’t lol. We will prob get full tho and choose to not eat it all. I know when my hunger has gone to stop eating now where as before I would eat untill stuffed

I think you're right...I might start off with the good intentions but that'll stop within an hour of landing, lol!
I've not quite got to your stage yet....I'd still eat till I'm stuffed, I have no control but hopefully given time, my body will get stuffed a lot quicker :)
 
😂that made me laugh. I’m starving already Iv got tea cooking lol. He’s at work tomorrow so will prob want to go bed early good job or il be starving later.
