Your lunch sounds nice , yes I can tell you want good results. I think we all do this week we all see to be on a mission. I’m struggling abit at min feel rough, Olivia driving me insane just wanna eat and go sleep lol. Just put her a film on but no would sooner make a tip everywhere 🙈

It’s good that your actually having lunch today wonder if it will fill you more. Save on cals aswell I call that a result
 
Good morning hun,
I think with summer coming and us have achievable targets that'll help keep us in the zone and totally motivated.
I hate feeling rough with a little one around, they don't understand do they bless them.

I'm really hoping that by having lunch it will fill me up a bit more. If it does, I might start doing this on a Wednesday and Thursday when I have late finishes. I love cous cous and it is really filling and low calorie so a great option.

No they don’t she’s calmed down abit now watched a film with her left over chocs and popcorn from cinema . This will prob backfire on me later haha.

I'm itching too get some more clothes but the 4 tops i brought from costco the other week are now all too big for me, so I think I'm going to wait a bit until I get a bit closer to my target.
 
Oh your jokin that’s a shame . I always get stuff that’s tight so I know will get abit of wear out of them when I actually get into them haha.

Think as of next week I’m goin to get bck in excersise bike, Want to try and tone legs up I hate them got horrible knees aswell hopefully as loose more weigh they may look better.
 
I'm gutted but really happy at the same time. The 4 tops were about £55 in total, so gutted about losing the money but stupidly happy about being slimmer :) I had to buy the right size because I was going out that evening and had nothing to wear and also I needed work tops because all mine were too big.

Just had my lunch, it was so nice but I'm really full....seriously on so little calories! I love cous cous and it is really low calorie but really filling and then the chicken, beetroot and tomato just added a bit to it without too many calories. I'll see how I feel by home time but might do this more often because it's only a little bit more than a bag of lentil curls but so much more satisfying.

I'm doing my 15 - 20 mins on my peddles in a minute when there's no one in the office, lol. You should get back on the exercise bike, it will definitely tone your legs and make you feel better :) I'm going to start doing my tummy crunches soon, maybe in a couple of weeks when my stomach has gone a bit more.

I love cous cous so it's win win for me. I think I'll just have it with a bit of salad each lunch it'll probably only be around 100 calories. Today I had it at about 1.30 and I'm still not hungry now, so that's good :)

I managed 15 mins on my peddles but then the phone rang so had to stop. I'll try and do 20 mins tomorrow. My hay fever is really bad this afternoon, so got a bit of a headache coming on and feel like I've been punched in the face :(
 
Good evening,

My dinner was delicious, I had veggi chilli with potato wedges and a bit of melted cheese. How can something so low calorie taste so good and be so filling. My whole dinner was around 500 calories but I'm stuffed :)

I feel like I've had too much to eat today because I've had 2 snacks, lunch and dinner. but my 2 snacks totaled 100 calories, lunch was around 150 calories and dinner was 500 calories so 750 calories in total. That's crazy! The only worry I have is that if I feel like I'm eating 2 full meals a day and 2 snacks, my head will tell me it's ok to have what I like. So I think I'll stick with the snacks and a meal for now and then on my long days I'll have the cous cous for lunch as well.

God I love this diet :)
 
Ye but just remeber 2 full meals which are very low calories and two low calorie snacks aswell. Just think what you used to have. I know I could quite easily go pub for dinner then have a meal at night and eat loads of snacks.

I know I'm doing really well but I just worry that by having 2 meals I will start to think like I used to think before when I was on SW.
 
Ye I know what you mean. If your eating meals it’s better in the long run tho. Do you want to just eat snacks at work forever or have a light lunch it’s what ever works best for you isn’t it. That’s why I ditched the snacks sooner eat a meal in my head seems a lot more and I won’t feel sorry for myself lol. It’s all in our heads isn’t it. Only thing is you could get bored of options that you would have to keep it very low. I like to have 500 for lunch or I sulk haha can see why I’m fat can’t you lol

I think I'm still playing around with lunches and snacks etc while I'm at work. Some days I'm starving and others I hardly eat anything. I think I'l keep playing around but make sure I stay on track. I'm sure I'll be fine. I just dont want to mess it all up now I'm totally in the zone.
 
Good morning all,

I had a crap nights sleep last night, not sure why. I'm so tired today, I just hope work will go quickly (it is so far). I'm out tonight, so it is going to be a late dinner, probably not until about 9. I hate eating so late but I know there wont be time before I go out to eat.

I'm looking forward to getting on the scales in the morning, hopefully they're still moving in the right direction :)

I'm back to having snacks again today while at work. I've got a banana, popcorn and a bag of lentil curls, so that should keep me going, if not I've got a soup in my drawer. Dinner tonight will be chicken, salad naan. So hopefully another low calorie day today. I always have the chicken salad naan the night before I weigh in because it's really filling but only about 450 calories :)

Wow Laura is it really 16 weeks for you now. I didn't realise it was that long. I think I've been doing it for about 11 weeks in total. I did 6 weeks before my holiday and 5 weeks since my holiday. Not bad really when you think how much we've lost and how we've not given up or had any major blips. I'm still loving calorie counting :)
 
Hope your days goes fast then. Olivia kept wakin in night 😩she banged her head the night before and had a wet flannel on it so last night she decided she needed to keep waking asking for the flannel. I was like that was last night your head is fine now she went ye but I just like it hahahaha seriously it’s like 2.30 in the morning then she’s like can I have a drink I’m so thirsty lol

Shame you have to eat that late but sure you will be fine with what your having. Iv got so many naans lol kind of had it a lot and then moved onto something else I always do that lol.

Ye this sat its 16th weighing I started on 27th jan . Really pleased to be honest because the longest Iv stuck a diet and not gone off the rails was the time I got to 15.9 and i did it June - sept but was so fed up of eating the same foods. So end of this month will be about the same time and I’m not fed up at all. This was the main reason I wanted to try it because I could have anythin I wanted and I don’t have any restrictions, I can go out and have fun with Olivia and get a burger and chips , I can have a drink at weekend and fix it by the following week. Ye some weeks it may be a pound but they all add up I’m enjoying my life and still loosing weight. For me I don’t think I’d ever go back to slimming world now as Iv realised I used to really over eat on that diet and this is no good in the long run
 
I remember when my kids were young and they'd wake up in the night, it would always start with hot, cold, can't sleep, need a wee and then end with wanting water. I think it must be a thought process they go through when their awake and either bored or want your attention, lol.

I sill love naans, it is my favorite meal of the week. I think it might be because I know it is super healthy and will help me on the scales the next day, lol.

You've done so well if its your 16th weigh in, that means you've lost nearly 2lbs a week on average which over 16 weeks is fab :) If this week is my 11th weigh in it will mean I'm also averaging the same. I just need to get myself back out of the 1lb club else my average will go down, lol.

I absolutely love this diet and I'm not bored at all because I can eat what I want in moderation.
Like you I'll never go back to SW too many bad days and too much food on my plate and not enough good weight losses each week. I had loads of weeks where I'd mess it up and STS, which was no good for my motivation.
 
Ye the thing is she has her cup at side of bed with water in lol she’s funny . She doesn’t get out of her bed either 😂😂 If drops somethin shouts me lol.

The naans are brill when feeling hungry aren’t they so filling.

I thort you had been doing it longer than that I thort you started like 2 weeks after me I remeber you sayin my 6lb loss has made u buy slim fast haha.

The correct food, sayin no to nice options then to get on scales and either sts or loose 1/2lb. I think you would really struggle to maintain on it aswell as still Pigging out . Used to cost me loads aswell was 5 at group plus 5 on the hifi bars then loads extra on fruit a week I would spend about 20 Just on fruit. Even muller lights weren’t cheap either and baby bells the more I think about it makes me realise how rubbish it was.
 
Oh ye about right then. Ye I used to spend a lot and have to meal plan everythin don’t really do that now I still meal plan but normal foods the shop is my oyster haha . We all eat the same and I don’t have to spend time doin their recepies for me to only eat it aswell
