Oh ye about right then. Ye I used to spend a lot and have to meal plan everythin don’t really do that now I still meal plan but normal foods the shop is my oyster haha . We all eat the same and I don’t have to spend time doin their recepies for me to only eat it aswell

I've just done my meal plan for the next week and my shopping list. There isn't anything on the list or plan that we won't all have. Except for bread and sandwich fillers because I still make them all sandwiches for work. My shopping bill at the minute is really cheap, I think it is because I'm planning everything I'm going to buy before I go to the supermarket :)
 
Good morning all,

Guess what....?? I lost 2lbs :) So I am now officially in the 11's and have lost over 1 1/2 stone in total. OMG I am so pleased :)

So now I have 13lbs to lose in 7 weeks. I'm really hoping I can do this but I have a couple of weekends away and also a few days at Royal Ascot which won't help me too much! But I will try to be super good on all occasions and see how I go.
This last week I have had 2 meals out and a couple of drinks over the weekend and I still lost, so hopefully I can still go away for weekends and make the right choices.
I would absolutely love to be at 11 stone by the time I go on holiday but for now I am aiming to get to the 11.7 mark which is 6lb away, hopefully I'll get there within the next 3 - 4 weeks.

Today is my long day at work, so I have brought in some cous cous and chicken and a bit of salad. I've worked it out and it wont be over 150 calories, so I'll have it instead of a snack. I'm going for a long walk after work, so think I'll need the extra energy. Then tonight hubby is cooking, we're having, quiche, potoatoes and salad. I think it will be about 800 calories but that's not too bad as I'm only planning on having 150 lunch and 100 snack for the rest of the day, so should be about 1050 in total.

BRILL , well done that’s fab. It’s great to see losses even when still enjoying yourself isn’t it. Your out of the 1lb club 😀.

I’m sure you will do it just need make sure get a few brill weeks in there and fingers crossed ul get some 3lbs. Iv just looked Iv got 10 weeks on sat plus a hol inbetween 🙈it’s goin be hard but I’m doing this for myself no one else 😀

You can only do it for yourself. There's no point doing it for someone else if you don't want to do it for yourself!
You are doing amazingly well, I have every faith in you. Isn't it scary to think how fast holidays are coming round now.
I'm hoping for a couple of 3lb weeks but it's been hard enough just getting out of the 1lb club. I do feel bloated today, so may have had more if I wasn't.

We can do this. We need to think super positive. OMG can you imagine how happy we'll both be if we smash it in time for our holidays! I'd say I'd probably celebrate but my head will probably tell me to be healthy, lol!
 
We are going to do it aswell i think we have both been so good for so long it just comes natural now.

Ye will be great will be so chuffed. I’ll actually look forward to gettin bck on track after hol aswell.
 
I've just had my lunch. It was so strange actually having a full lunch. I had 1 scoop of couscous (70 cals), 3 slices wafer thin chicken (30 cals), cucumber, tomato and beetroot. It was gorgeous and so low calorie. I'm full now, so unless I get hungry before 5.30 I probably wont eat again now until dinner tonight.

I think you will be totally surprised with how you'll be on holiday. I was really good without actually thinking I was being good and couldn't wait to get back on it when I got home, sad I know but that's the lifestyle now :)
 
No better feeling tho is there to feel great and look great in your clothes.

Your dinner sounds lovely I had cheese and chips were yummy. I did 2 boxes of microwave chips with 30g cheese 425 cals was nice tho
 
Your lunch does sound lovely - I've not tried couscous for a long time, but with it being so low in calories maybe I should give it another go? x

I only like the ainsley harriett one, all the others taste a bit wishy washy but this spicy one in his range is really tasty.

Good morning all,

Another good day for me yesterday. I ate well and went for a 5 mile walk last night. So other than my blisters, I'm feeling pretty good this morning :)

Hi lala, welcome to my thread, it's nice to see you here :) You should give couscous another go it's really filling and low calorie.


5 miles check you out no wonder you have blisters. Hopefully it will pay off come next week 😀

I love walking and my friends said a few weeks ago about going for a walk in the evenings, so we go every other week for a long power walk. We only have about an hour & 15 mins as I have to pick my daughter up, so can't go over, lol. I do enjoy it but hate blisters!

I've been doing my 15 - 20 mins every day on the peddles as well at work, so my legs are feeling it at the minute but hopefully it will pay off in the long run :)
 
I want to go on excersise bike but also worried at same time I may not loose as much. It’s hard to know what to do for the best. Think il carry on daily weighing to see how I get in

I know what you mean. I only use it to get my legs working while I'm sat at work but if it can help me burn a few calories then that's good. I need to start doing some tummy crunches as well because my stomach is so flabby. It needs toning massively.
 
Think it's time to set myself a new mini target, now that I've smashed my Birthday target.

I have a plan....I have 7 weigh ins till my holiday and 13lb to lose. I think I need to be thinking 6lbs in the next 3 weeks which will be 6th June. Then I'll have 7lbs left to lose in the last 4 weeks before my holiday.
So my mini target is 6lbs by 6th June. That is 2lbs a week every week for the next 3...a bit of a challenge but I'm doing everything right, so if I can stick to it and my body allows, hopefully it will happen :)
I really want this so am really motivated...come on Helen you can do this :classic_big_grin:
