Little Miss Naughty's Food Diary

Good morning

Well after a really low calorie day yesterday, I managed to lose 1lb this morning on the scales, so I guess it's not all bad. I don't really like going under 1000 a day but I really could not have eaten another thing yesterday. Hopefully I will see the rest gone by tomorrow and then I've got 2 days to try and lose whatever I can before my holiday.

Tonight I'm going on a bike ride to a pub for dinner, so will probably be either close to or over my calories today. But I will have the bonus of having 4 miles on my bike each way.

I've already done my peddles for today, I managed 50 mins. But with getting up so early this morning and feeling so tired, I couldn't bring myself to do my tummy crunches before work, so will do them as soon as I get home.

Hubby got on the scales this morning for the first time in ages and has lost another 3/4 of a stone. That puts him at nearly 2 stone since I started my diet at the end of January. TBH he has been eating with me in the evening and at the weekend but during the day he has his normal lunch. He's also still drinking, so having more alcohol than me.
He's been moaning for a few weeks that all his clothes are getting too big and I can tell he's lost weight. I just didn't think it would be that much. Really pleased for him though, even though he didn't think he needed to lose a few pounds, I think he looks a lot more healthy.

Did you enjoy ur ride to the pub what a great way to burn the cals lol. You have anythin nice ?

Well done hubby that’s great. Mines the same he was sayin the other day in 6 weeks he’s gained 1/4 which is great. He’s good in week and does what he wants at weekend lol.
 
Good morning!

OMG I'm not officially weighing in today as waiting till Friday but the scales have moved nicely and I am now 1lb less than I was last week, so I've lost my 2lb gain plus and extra 1lb!! I'm so happy with that, especially as I was on a hen weekend and have had a couple of meals out this week!

Last night was great, we peddled 4 miles each way all through the countryside to a lovely pub. I had flatbread and chips and hubby had cajan chicken and chips, so he had half my flatbread and I had half his chicken, lol as fancied both. I've worked out the calories and reckon even with that I am still only just over 1000 for the day, so pleased with that.

Yesterday I did 50 mins on my peddles, 8 miles bike ride and 20 tummy crunches. I'm currently doing my 50 mins peddles now and will try and up my crunches tonight to 40-50.

We're watching the football tonight so having a treat meal which is only a treat on the plate not in calories :) We're having pizza, couscous, chips and salad. It will come to about 700 calories so will be perfectly fine.

I've got to lose another 3lbs by Friday to get to my summer target, I know this is not do-able but if I could get another 1-2lbs that would be amzing.

I love it how we can go complete off plan all weekend and still loose.

I saw a friend in town yesterday in town and she said I looked really good looked like I’d lost a lot of weigh. She she doin weight watches as fed up of slimming world. I was explaining about this sayin how fab it is told her I was off to mc ds😂 for dinner. She looked at me and said really I was like ye chicken sandwhich meal is 750 I said I know the cals for everything 😂😂. I said I have 500 for dinner then leave rest for tea, I said sometimes I have cheese on toast that’s 200 cals honestly I sounded crazy knowing cals for everything 😂😂.

It’s really funny how u just get used to knowing what’s low and what’s not. It’s great to wake up and not plan ya food because you kind of know what your aloud.


Enjoy your pizza tonight yum. Not sure what we are having we have a pie that needs eating so prob be that. Problem is I’m meeting my friend today for lunch and I love these chicken stick things but doesn’t say the cal amount. So option is go for somethin light and still have tea tonight or have my chicken thing and that will be it today .


You know what hun you are 3lb WOW 3lb away from ur target who cares if u stay the same . You have done amazing well done you . I think I’m goin to end up about the same amount of my target.

Haha I know exactly what you mean. I was the same last weekend, someone at the hen party was saying she wants to lose 18lbs by the middle of Sept and she's going to do SW because she knows it works. I said what I do and I don't think she believed me.
Lots of people are noticing I've lost weight and asking how I've done it but no one will actually do calorie counting, they all want to stay safe and do SW or WW. I think they're crazy but then I probably would have been the same before. CC sounds really hard to work out but it's actually so easy. And tbh I hardly think about it now, I just put it all in the MFP app.

Are you working tonight or watching the football? I'd go for a lighter option in the evening then you can enjoy your lunch out.

I'm so pleased, that means with the gain I've lost 3lb since Monday which is crazy! I'd love to get another 1 1/2. When I looked at the scales this morning I could clearly see the 11 stone marker and it wasn't too far away, I had to check 4 times, lol!!

I reckon you might get your target, you're doing so well and still got a couple of weeks left.

I go into boots and grab a sandwhich it’s so simple isn’t it. If I want choc I eat choc . I think like u say they go with safer option. Think what doctors say it’s not what u eat it’s the amount and we are doin it the best way. That girl yesterday was saying she has plate pilled with pasta , i was stood there thinking ye that’s great untill u loose weight and carry on with the same portion. I think weight watches has a lot of free food now so it’s goin the same way.

I’m off tonigjt don’t work weds , really looking forward to the game they have done brill. Might have a steak and jacket when out be less cals. Il prob just have a bit of pie later lol.

It’s great isn’t it how we can get rid of any gain by bein good for a few days 😀

If you think about it. If we didn't need a diet (because we were blessed with being skinny), we would still eat too much some days and not so much others. So what we're doing is spot on. I can't wait until I get all my weight off and then start maintaining because I'm hoping it will be easy. In fact I guess when I'm away it will kind of be like maintaining because I wont be on the strict 1000 a day but it will be up and down. I imagine some days I will still only have 1000 calories so my body will act like I'm maintaining.

I don't think I could ever go back to SW/WW now, this is so much better and easier and I'm never hungry. I've had 1 gain and 1 sts since I started in January (not inc holiday), which in itself is a massive achievement. I've been away most weekends since May and still managed a loss every week!

Glad you've got tonight off, I'd be gutted if I had to work tonight! They're playing so well. Really hope they win tonight. England being in the final on Sunday would really to-p my weekend off nicely :)
 
Ye I can see it being great to maintain. Il kind of just carry on what I’m doin being good for 5 days and being naughty over weekend. Upto now I have always managed to loose my gain by wed . Il prob still weigh every Saturday for a while just to see if working ok then il go to fortnightly weighing

I'll probably be the same as you. We know we can do it, so it will come naturally to us by the time we're maintaining.

That's fab isn't it. You knew on 2 of those weeks you'd have planned gains, so really it's only 2 gains in 19 weeks. I know if I was still doing SW that in 19 weeks I'd have probably 9 or 10 sts or gains!!

I really hope we win tonight. I really think if we do we can win it. I wouldn't say that France played any better than us last night in their semi final. I think we'll all be screaming at the tv tonight, lol!

Ye il be sad if we loose. Didn’t see them play we are playin Croatia tonight aren’t we there Ment to be good so will have to wait and see. The whole country goin to go crazy if we get to final

Yes playing Croatia. I saw a bit of their last match against Russia, it went to penalties. There played ok but I wouldn't say they're better than us at the moment. Plus they've got the disadvantage of having to playing extra time in their last match, so hopefully their knackered. England is buzzing at the minute with the weather and the football, there's such a good feeling everywhere at the minute.

I'm starting to think now if I can weigh in on Monday morning. I'm having chippy on Friday at work but it will only be a chip cob and pizza with salad at night, so that should be ok. I doubt I'll eat much Saturday and if I stick to Gin I should be ok. Then Sunday we'll probably just have whatever is left from the party. So even though I'm stopping on Friday I reckon I might still be ok by Monday, so might have a sneaky look.
God damn holiday, getting in the way of my dieting, lol!!
 
OMG!!!!!

I've just found an old note pad with my stomach measurement in it. It's from February but I'm not sure if it's this year or last year. I think it's last year, so this February it would have been bigger. So I just measured again now and I've lost 10 inch off it....wow that's a lot isn't it :) :) Especially as it's my stomach that is still being stubborn and wont shift!

Haha that was what I was thinking, lol. I reckon if I'm still thinking like I'm on a diet over the weekend I'll be good. Well that's the thinking anyway, lol!

I'm so pleased I can't tell you, I never normally measure but seem to remember doing it now, it was last year, not this year. I was kinda playing at being on a diet, only recorded 2 weeks worth, lol. 10 inch is massive, I can't tell you how pleased I am.
Like you its coming off m arms at the minute, 2 weeks ago they looked flabby but they suddenly look ok now :)
 
Thinkin about it I wrote mine down once it was when leigh was on about measuring like u it was prob last year. Might have a look tomorrow see if can find it . Might of even been when I was doin Cambridge diet god knows .

The football is horrid isn’t it. Well annoyed we could of had a few more by now so many chances we mucked up 😩

You should get a measure and try again now. Just add on the extra 8 to your original readings. I bet you'll see a massive difference now :)

Gutted about the football but they can hold their heads up high, they've made their country proud.

I've got a super busy day planned today. I'm not going into work until a bit later, so can have a quick tidy round at home first. Then after work, I'm going straight out shopping for the party, then need to finish the cakes and a few other bits before bed. We've got people round helping tomorrow straight from work, so there won't be anytime to do anything other than party stuff tomorrow, so today is really my last chance.

Foodwise, today I'm taking a light lunch into work because I won't be eating till after shopping, we're going out for dinner with some friends on the way back from shopping, I'm determined to make a good choice :)
