OMG I am buzzing this morning!!!!!!
I managed 2lbs
I'm so pleased because when I had a look on Monday the scales weren't moving.
I am now the lowest weight I've been in 13 years and since before I had Amy. I am so pleased.
With 1 and a bit weeks left I still have 4lb to shift to get to my summer target. I very much doubt I'll be able to do this. I'm away on a hen weekend Friday - Sunday and even though I have the best intentions now, I'm not sure I'll be too good. The plan is to stick to gin and diet lemonade (taking my own) and then the food will be out of my control as someone else is buying it all and we're going out for a meal on Saturday night. I will try but we will see. If not I'll not beat myself up over it. After the weekend I will then have until the Friday. I am going to weigh in for my last time before holiday next Friday morning. I don't go away until Tuesday but have Dan's 21st party and we're going out for a meal on the Monday as well, so probably best not to think about the diet, lol!
I am going to continue with the peddles each morning until I go away, I'm trying to do around 45 mins a day, plus I'll continue the crunches as they will hopefully help my belly.
