Good evening ladies...I'm knackered!!
Packing done enough to shut them all up. Everything is sorted and we know what we need to buy when we go shopping on Sunday, so just need to iron a few bits and chuck it all in a case, then sort the last minute stuff and that will wait till Wednesday evening!
I've managed to get everything done today except my 15 mins jogging which I will pass on today as I did an extra 30 mins walk this afternoon.
So how's everyone this evening? What are we all up to?
Well I am so proud to say that Hubby, Dan and I all completed our 5 day detox challenge
I am so pleased and it has made it so much easier for me with their support. They are both rewarding themselves with a nice beer now while I drink water!
I've finished eating, drinking and exercising for the day, so here's my diary for today...
Friday 4th April
Day - banana, pear, cucumber, celery, radish, pepper, beetroot, blob of salad cream1 cuppa, 3 hot lemon, 6 glasses of water
Dinner - Chicken curry with rice and naan bread
Exercise - 60 sit ups 140 crunches, 60 squats
Day 1 - 50 squats - DONE
Day 2 - 60 squats - DONE
Day 3 - 70 squats
Day 4 - 80 squats
Day 5 - 90 squats
Day 6 - 100 squats
Day 7 - 110 squats
Day 8 - 120 squats
