Little Miss's Food Diary

Evening all,

I hope you're all having a good evening.

I'm just downing the hot lemon, I ran out this morning so now I have managed to get some more I am trying to have a couple of mugs worth so I don't feel so bad about only having one all day!

I have finished eating, drinking and exercising for the day so here's my food and exercise diary...

Monday 7th April

Day - 1 banana, 4 cuppas and 1 hot lemon
Dinner - Cheese and Onion Lattice with curly fries and mushy peas
2 more hot lemons

Exercise - 50 crunches and 90 squats.

Day 1 - 50 squats - DONE
Day 2 - 60 squats - DONE
Day 3 - 70 squats - DONE
Day 4 - 80 squats - DONE
Day 5 - 90 squats - DONE
Day 6 - 100 squats
Day 7 - 110 squats
Day 8 - 120 squats
 
Well don't on your 2stone loss! You've done amazing and should be so proud of yourself, so what you haven't quite met your target, you have been a great help to all of us here and helped me a hell of a lot, I wish I had your determination and will power.

Well done again, enjoy your holiday and make the most of it, just remember drink plenty of water to help flush out the alcohol etc ;) xx

i hate drinking water but will try to drink loads each day, I want to eat and drink loads and gain little so it will be water all the way :) xx

It's so easy to say don't worry about it take your time, but when we do we're still not content until we start kicking some butt and see those scales go down like you have. Thanks for inspiring me to get back onit, your brill ! :)

Ah mate im so excited....only 3 more sleeps!!

Today has been so hectic, trying to finish packing, sorting holiday bits, finalising stuff with the builder and working and that's before I even mention the kids!!

i hope you've had a good day, are you back on the diet wagon? Xx

i am on fire, part of me thinks 'if only I wasn't going on holiday for another month, just think how well I could have done'. But I am happy to keep going until I go away on Thursday evening.
You're doing amazingly well and it's all your own doing. I can't wait to read how well everyone's been doing when I get back, I bet I'll have a bit of catching up to do.xx

I get back on about the 27th, I'm going to do a week long detox challenge with hubby and Dan but I will do a salad challenge with you after that if you're doing one. I also want to try the super express for a week as well. That will probably about take me to my next holiday :) xx

Good morning all,
I must be in holiday mode as I have been up since 5.30! For some reason I always get up really early on holiday, so I think my body is telling me to get used to it!

Another busy day for me today, although I'm not actually too sure what I am doing! I've got loads of work to catch up on and also get ahead on as I am leaving my business in the hands of others while I'm away. Also the house looks like a bomb has hit it, clothes and stuff everywhere from packing so need to try and tidy the house a bit so I can do a big clean on Thursday before we go.

I am on a roll diet wise, I am going to do another detox during the day with loads of extra hot lemon as I didn't have as much as I wanted yesterday and then a nice healthy dinner tonight. Plus I am going to try and up my sit ups and crunches today as well because I didn't fit many of those in yesterday either. I really want to make these last couple of days before my holiday count so I can go away feeling great :)

What's everyone else got planned for today? xx
 
Morning, you are sounding very organised and focussed. To be fair it sounds like you're going to be so busy before your holiday you probably won't have time to eat so your detox should be easy peasy!

Hope you get everything done that you manage to, I'm terrible pre-holiday - I make lots of plans and write lots of lists in an attempt to be organised, but the packing is always a last minute job for me!
 
What detox do you do?

Pre holiday chores are the only kind of chores I enjoy doing haha

I kinda make my detox up as I go along! The one I am doing at the moment is a cheats version. I only eat, fruit, veg and salad in the day and then have an evening meal, I only have hot lemon, water, chinese tea and a maximum of 2 cups of tea a day. When I do proper detoxes I do 48 hours and only eat fruit, veg and salad for 48 hours. It's actually quite easy doing it the way I am at the moment as I can have a healthy meal in the evening so I don't feel too deprived.xx
