Wow what a weekend!!
Very naughty weekend food and drink wise but well worth it.
So here's yesterdays food diary....

Saturday 25th January

Brunch - 2 eggs, mushrooms, 1 piece fried bread, 2 hash browns, 3 veggi sausages, crispy potatoes, bean, 1 slice bread and marg and Orange Juice
Snacks - cheese and onion chutney sandwiches, apple sponge and custard, profitta roll cake, pringles and 1 bottle of rose wine

So not the best of days......

Surely today can only get........A bit better!!

Sunday 26th January

Breakfast - 2 veggi sausages and 1 1/2 slices bread and marg
Lunch - Carvery (far to much to list)!!
Snack - Profitta Roll cake

Good afternoon all,
Well today is another day and a new week, so it's time to draw a line under my terrible weekend and start again!
I had a great weekend but am so disappointed with myself today as the scales say I didn't lose anything :(
But this is a new week so I need to be really good and try to lose this week and maybe a bit extra to make up for last week!!
How are we all today?xx
 
I've just realised that my mini target of 14lbs by the end of January can not be achieved :( Ah I'm gutted, only 1lb off but still a real blow.
That will give me 9lbs to lose by the end of February to keep on target for my Feb mini challenge. Is that do-able? Well it is only 4 weigh ins so over 2lb a week. I'm not sure it is but I will do my best....arrrrgggghhh I just want to be slim!!

Thanks hun, I know exactly what you mean but it's hard to stay motivated when I don't lose. Even though I know why I didn't lose and I had a great weekend but it is now that I really need to keep motivated and not give up.
You're right hun, we can do this, so lets both draw a line and get back to being losers :) xx

Sts yesterday was really disappointing for me, I think more than anything because I know I can't achieve my first mini target. And my head kept telling me that the first target should be the easiest. So hopefully if I can reach it this week it will only put me a week behind and my next months target could still maybe be achievable.

Anyway enough of me moaning on. How are we all today and what are we all up to? My day will be mostly work until about 6 and then hopefully a nice chilled evening :) x

Hello Hun, I really wouldn't worry about staying the same, it's better than a gain like me! You've done extremely well! I could only imagine to lose as much as you in such little time. It does get harder as time goes on but just keep your chin up and keep motivated and you will get where you want to be xxx

You've been doing great as well. I was just a blip last week but get back on it and you'll see a loss this week :)
I lost loads the first week and I although I knew it wouldn't be the same amount again, I was hopeful for a few good losses. I'm just impatient thats all!x

I think we all are to a certain extent though, we all have our goals in our heads and get down if we don't reach them, maybe sometimes we just expect too much of ourselves or have unrealistic goals? I know what you mean though, you feel if you lost that much in one week it should be easy enough to do it again. I would definitely recommend drinking lots and lots of water, that always seems to hurry things up xx

Busy busy day again today so not thought about food at all :)
I already know exactly what I'll be eating tonight so here's my food diary.....

Tuesday 28th January

Lunch - sweet chilli chicken and salt and pepper potatoes
Dinner - Veggi sausage risotto and a small amount of spicy skinny chips
Snack - Orange juice and blackberry frozen yogurt

I've not had the blackberry frozen yogurt yet but I'm really looking forward to it later. I made it earlier and it looks yummy :) x

Here goes another busy day! I doubt I'll have time to think about food which is good :)
The blackberry frozen yogurt I made yesterday was absolutely gorgeous. I left it in the freezer for too long though so it took me ages to eat, so next time I'll have to take it out of the freezer quicker.
Not sure what I'll be eating today. I've got leftovers for lunch but other than that I'm not sure what to do tonight.

I just used tesco value ff yoghurt and mixed in a bit of sweetener and blackberries, then froze it. I only meant to freeze it for about an hour so so it was going hard but left it too long and it ended up really hard.

Its something a bit different from eating boring yoghurt all the time and great in summer :)x
 
That sounds really yummy, I'll have to try it. Great alternative to ice cream!

Your sweet chilli chicken and salt and pepper potatoes sound good too yum
