Hi
It's my first week on propoints WW! I been on slim fast for 8 weeks n lost 8lb am happy with that but the diet is just so tideous however it has made me eat less n look at food in a different way so I am pleased I cud stick at it!
My current weight is 11st 6lb n I would like to between 10/10-5lb!
I joined a gym last month n i now go 5/6 times a week as I work at a desk all day so have hardly any exercise!
I Want to loose the weight by November for my cruise n then my step sons wedding at Xmas so I hope I can do it! I feel toned n have lost 3 inches off my thighs n 2 inch off my waist so I know my journey has begun.
My pp allowance is 29!
