Thanks @Tibbs !! Hopefully it will be reflected in my weekly weight tomorrow!! I have gone over my weekly syns but only by 7.5 so fingers crossed!!
My size 14 work trousers are falling off me so I take that as a very promising sign!! :):)

40g porridge oats (Hex b)
Splash of semi skimmed milk from allowance (Hex a- 250mls semi skimmed milk)
Fat free Greek yogurt
Mixed defrosted raspberries and blackberries
Couple of squirts of yummy fit Zero syrup (fat sugar and calorie free)
Banana

Lunch
Homemade lentil shepherdess pie from yesterday (2 syns for cheesy mash on top)
Tiny portion cauliflower cheese (2 syns)
Carrot/swede mash (0.5 syn for smidgen Flora Light used in original mash)
Steamed broccoli and courgettes
Muller orange with chocolate sprinkles yogurt
Coke Zero Cherry which I never got round to drinking but instead spilt it all over my desk :eek::rolleyes:

Dinner
Vegetarian mixed bean chilli rice bowl (free with added oxo cube crumbled in and a little water added to make it beefy tasting, delicious actually!!
Muller vanilla yogurt

Oxo beef drink
1 and yes only 1 chocolate digestive biscuit (4.5 syns :eek:)

Final total weekly syns 112.5 so not great and more syns than I’d hoped but still not too bad , just hope the earlier result at my illicit mid week weigh in holds good!! Fingers crossed!! :rolleyes::D If I’ve put on, then I know why!!

4 Slices Morrisons carvery pastrami (free)
1/2 babybel Light (I think it was past it’s best so I only ate half - 1 syn - according to app )

Aldi cappuccino sachet- (I only drank half so 2 syns- according to app)
3 McVities dark chocolate thins (4.5 syns)
Mineral water/ no added sugar squash 2500 mls
2 chunks Galaxy caramel chocolate (4 syns)
2 teeny tiny advent calendar treats (I’ll allow 0.5 syn each because they were smaller than a single chocolate chunk !! = 1 syn)

Need to curb this serial snacking!! I’ve just heard that my colleague is going in for her hernia op next week and although I wish her well of course and will miss her good works, I will have a reprieve from the treats though I cant blame her :D I need to resist !!

found these..they must be free

Mixed day today, had some chocs from the Quality Street tin at work, 5 to be exact:eek::rolleyes: AND a mini brownie and have racked up 19 syns for today :eek::oops:
Hopefully pull something back tomorrow. I’ll do my food diary tomorrow as well, can’t be arsed tonight, mum and I have just had a ding dong and it’s made me feel pissed off and depressed, sorry folks

Turkey slices with a small amount of stuffing and smoked bacon (From Morrisons deli counter but not on app so I used nearest equivalent of marks and Spencer’s chilled variety (1.5 syns for 100g)
Syn free air fryer chips
Small tin baked beans
3 reduced fat Cumberland sausages (shared with my dog Harry :D:D 3 syns between us!!:nananana:) lucky bugger doesn’t have to worry about syns :nananana:
Tbsp bbq sauce (0.5 syn)
Tbsp light mayo (2 syns)
