WEDNESDAY
Too busy ... too tired !!

THURSDAY

B: 1/2 portion Bircher muesli
L: 1/2 portion Bircher muesli and handful of nuts
Snack handful fruit and nuts
D: 2 slices natural bread with hummus and salad, 25g dark vegan chocolate and 1 Nakd bar
 
FRIDAY

1 litre Water
6,000 steps
7 hours sleep

B: half Bircher muesli
Snack: half Bircher muesli
Lunch: 3/4 vegetable biriyani
Snack: 2 nakd bars
Dinner: small bowl pasta with margarine & pepper, 1 slice toast with spread
 
SATURDAY

15,000 steps
7 hours sleep

B: Bircher muesli
No lunch so snacked on: 26g roasted peanuts, 5 raisins, 26g dark chocolate
D: early dinner of veg stew, 2 small potatoes, home made hummus, large salad dressed in lemon juice, 1 slice bread with honey & spread
Later 1/2 nakd bar
 
Hi just thought I'd pop by, I'm having a lazy day not doing much so on here quite a lot.

Im impressed with the amount of steps you do! I've just got a watch that counts them but ive never reach 15,000!

I was just wondering have you thought about planning your meals ? You could also plan what time to have breakfast lunch and dinner. I get the best results doing this.
