Snack 1 banana
L 1 sandwich of brown bread, no crusts, no butter, just salad and a piece of millionaires short bread
D 1.5 samosas and 3 halves of dried apricot
 
TUESDAY

B 1 toast and spread, 1 mince pie
L pasta with tomato sauce and a few black olives, 1 low cal chocolate pudding, 2/3 banana
D pasta with tomato sauce, 1 tomato and 1/4 onion, 1 v small bag of crisps & 1 slice rye bread with fruit spread,
 
Looks like your weight is going down nicely :)

Notice you had a mince pie! I still think it's early for anything Christmassy, can't believe we're into December tomorrow. Where has the year gone! X
 
Thanks ... someone brought them into the office. I wish I hadn't eaten it really.

WEDNESDAY

5000 steps ... no walk again today. Bum!

B slice rye toast with fruit spread
Snacks throughout the morning about 5 half apricots
L 2 samosas & 1 fudge & 1 small toffee thing
2 tangerines
D 1 portion gnocchi with tomatoes, mushrooms and afterwards 3 mini ice creams and a small piece of bread with almond butter
 
Shame the mince pie wasn't worth it. I'm terrible at resisting things people bring into the office, half the time I wish I hadn't had any especially as it's often not something I'd normally choose (usually cake & biscuits, whereas I'd much rather use calories on chocolate, crisps & wine!)

THURSDAY

Snack 1 medium muffin - ate half and then the other half just before lunch
L mushroom risotto, 1 slice bread, green salad (dressed) and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream
Snack 2 small home made mince pies (at my aunt's)

FRIDAY

Snack 1 tangerine
L pasta, tomato sauce, a few black olives, 1 low cal choc pudding from M&S
Snack 2 mini mince pies
D 1/2 portion soup, 1/2 portio gnocchi, 1 slice whole meal bread with spread, tomatoes & onions, 3 mini ice creams

Later 6 chocolates ... 20 packs of chocolates in the kitchen pantry ready to wrapping & giving for people at work. I'm suffering from some sort of sciatica or muscle spasms or whatnot - who cares - so i opened a packet & at 6!

D nothing but I did eat 2 florentine biscuits at an evening meeting, and then I ate a slice of whole meal toast when I got in with spread and honey

L: buffet - lettuce, no dressing, cassava and lentil stew (left the cassava - too chewy) and some slaw, with a crumble pudding and a tablespoon of coconut style vanilla cream

D: Homemade potato and leek soup, with wholemeal bread and one slice with honey

Oh no, what was wrong with the Waitrose salad / noodle thing? I always expect their products to be good so would have been very disappointed to get something horrid. Hope you have a good day today :) xx
 
Yeah, it was 'tender stem broccoli with soba noodles and spinach' which is normally just up my street, but the taste was just sour. The broccoli was ok though. I'm always glad when I stop eating something i don't like. It's a waste of calories, not enjoyable but somehow because you've paid for it the temptation is to continue to eat it instead of chucking it in the bin...

S: 4 biscuits (damn things .... who invented them, they didn't even taste nice!)
L: More soup
Snack: juice 3 apples and 2 cucumbers plus 2 more biscuits (why!?)
D: pitta bread with mayo and lettuce, tomato, cress and rocket followed by an oreo icecream (nice first 2 bites .. i should have thrown it away)

Repeat after me: IF IT TASTES NOT TOO GOOD STOP EATING IT & THROW IT AWAY!!

D: malt bread & spread with 8 mini tomatoes, no crusts, 1 tea cake with dairy free spread, 1 twin, 1/4 banana
