Hi Guys

Well I'm back with my shoulders drooped and my head down. I have fallen off the SW wagon again. Actually I seem to have been getting on and falling off for months, which means that I have put around 10lbs back on. I am really frustrated with myself but realise what is done is done. I need to and want to re focus and get back in control. So I am using this to draw a line
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <------ see line drawn. After another bad day yesterday after a good couple I am feeling ready to totally recommit to SW.

I have started off well with a huge omelette and beans to fill me up and stop me snacking. There is only sw friendly foods in the house (as I ate all the naughties yesterday!) so have no excuse. Please help me get back on with it, I need it. I will try to come one here everyday to put my food on and also to name my three positives for the day!

1. I am feeling ready to behave myself
2. I haven't put all the weight back on that I lost.
3. The ironing pile is only small this week :)
