Welcome back Lo, missed ya heaps....hope you get over the dodgy tummy soon (I like dodgy tummy always get a good loss :giggle
I really want to do the Christmas Market too  but feet are bed yet again
so don't know if I'll make it to any shops this year damn it.
Have a lovely evening sweetie, speak soon xxxx
I think the tum has settled now, thank god 'cause I did a full day in the office for training today and I was boxed into a window seat and would have been too embarrased to keep asking the person sitting next to me to get up to let me past - not enough room to squeeze by
Mnph I'd swap feet with you to give you some respite if I could, got my dodgy heels and ankle but at least I can get about okay for most've the day
:bighug:Hope the doctors appt today was helpful, I'll find out shortly if you've said such on your diary today xxxx
Hope you're feeling better.
There's nothing funny to read on my diary so don't bother with the catch up. I've been very boring
I promise I don't visit your diary solely just to laugh at you Tilly... That's just one of the perks usually :giggle:
hey, how are you doing
hope your feeling better now.
trying to convince hubby he wants to do crimbo market this week, there is a small one on in warrington on sat so am going to that one
xxx
I do feel a lot better
I was fine with going into work today, I feel less stressed when it's training though 'cause I know what to expect and stuff. I ran away from my team's floor restroom though as it was packed and I didn't want to sit near people to eat my lunch so ran away to another floor to find a room to myself to enjoy a bagel and a bit of reading
Got a lieu day off for tomorrow now for doing the extra half-day today so looking forward to some extra zzzz's once got my son off to school in his taxi
Hope you did alright on your visit to work too :bighug:Let me know how the Warrington Market is - is it a one-day event or on for a bit 'cause I could persuade my dad or almost-MIL to take me if you reckon it's worth the trip
Hi Lo, hows it going with your minimins backlog mountain??? It's taken me over a week to get through your dairy from the start, could've done with a sherpa too!!! I have loved the food porn and have taken notes - tho I missed where to find the stuffed peppers, may have to track back once I find my crampons!!!
Hope you are having a good day xxx
I'm almost done with the mountain but new ones are popping up already, chatty bunch of folks I have the pleasure of hanging about with on here lol
Mn you don't need a specific recipe for the stuffed peppers really, it's fun just experimenting with different mixes. There's definitely in my top sw meals list and big giant red peppers for stuffing are on my veggies shopping list for tomorrow to get myself stocked up for a proper return to plan. I'll post on here what concoctions I try out if you're after some ideas
:wavey: hello Lo, hows you? are you back on the wagon now? I am clinging onto the back :giggle: xxxxxxx
Mn not quite, it felt easier to go with toast and sandwiches and things today for portable-work foods and so on. I'm over beating myself up about the gain though and am just accepting I'll go through these periods of struggling now and again. It's ridiculous to wallow in it really seeing how a lot of you lovely ladies have been going through the same struggles too of late and are still remaining positive. I think I need to sign myself up as a Tortoise too - I'm wondering if my subconscious decided a gain would be good for me in some ways, I've been getting so caught up in my big losses that I'd actually get annoyed with myself on the weeks they'd drop below 3.5lbs even though I was still getting results and 3.5lbs every week isn't very sustainable in the long run
I'm not sure who said it first but I think I need to adopt the motto Slow is Good, in all aspects of life
Off to catch up with your world on your diary now, hoping you're feeling a lot happier than you were yesterday xxxxx
