Been a much better day moodwise than yesterday. Did a 2.5 mile walkabout in my mbts with some food shopping in the middle. Enjoyed a weird mix of slipknot and erasure on my ipod - both put a bit of bounce in my step
Also did 30 mins of yoga to keep my backache in check.

B - stewed rhubarb (0.5 syns), vanilla yoghurt, chopped plum.

Evening - milky coffee (hexa) & weetabix oaty bar (hexb).
Have put my scales away for the rest of the week - kept peeking all last week and don't think it does my attitude any good.
