Good morning... Up for another 100% day today, food looked ok for yesterday, apart from it didn't look much, remember not to starve yourself!... Also can you put what day your doing ie, red, green, ee? Keep it up babe... xx

morning
ok weekend was ok but not great

starting 100% today and i have zumba on the ps3 to have a go off this week :)

monday 26th september ee day
breakie - baked beans ( weird i know but shopping not getting delivered till tonight)
snacks - finn crisp x 6 hxb
lunch - ham and melon
dinner - not sure yet maybe extra lean minced beef cooked some how
 
Morning babe... Sounds good so far, I don't do zumba but I do a few of the kinect games on the xbox, which wear me out... Keep going and have a good day... xx
