i am so happy this morning cant believe i lost a pound last night. this means i have now lost 1 stone and half so happy

had a good weekend only had about 30 syns so i am happy with that. did alot of walking at the weekend as well.

dinner - i think quorn steak strips, peppers, mushrooms in torilla wraps (10 syns)

dinner - not sure oh turn to cook.
i have a graze box to snack on as well if i feel like it.
not very happy hoped on the scales this morning and they are showing a gain
