Geordie you could always have egg on toast - microwave egg poachers are good or something like 1 tsp of honey on your syns. Lexi those kebabs sound v tastymight have to try those

Tesco healthy choice Cumberland sausages are just 0.5 syns each and are yummy. In the week when I'm working I tend I have egg on toast, or forest fruits with 0% Greek yoghurt & 1 tbsp honey 2.5 syns, sometimes I have 35 g of Dorset muesli with this or have a SW hi Fi bar later at work. I also sub the greek yoghurt for low fat plain yoghurt or low fat fromage frais or flavoured muller light. Today I'm saving my HEX for a whole meal roll for my homemade burger later (babybel light in centre for 2 syns) and some homemade Cajun syn free wedges. Day off today so planning on going out somewhere nice again today for a bit of a walk with hubby

Thank you everyone your support and advice means more than you would know. It's becoming a bit more normal, it's hard but I believe it now and I have to just get my head around it.
On a brighter note I'm due to go back to work on Fridayand Sat then will be travelling up to Newcastle from southampton on Monday for Dads funeral Tues. Then back to work as normal from Fri, I guess this is a good thing as will keep my mind occupied.
Have only really been eating one meal a day as I've not been hungry but woke up feeling peckish might have a soft boiled egg
