It’s different for everyone of course but having an evening meal is definitely helping me, it means I can sit down with the family. I’ve only been having one shake a day, I’d definitely be miserable on just shakes I think!
But stick with whatever works for you of course! If you’re feeling really hungry still in a few days time I think you might struggle so you could try a meal instead of one of the shakes? You could always go back if you find it too hard? I also really look forward to my bar in the evening with my cup of tea, it feels like a real treat.
I didn’t realise it was just 20 mins of light exercise, I’ll be doing more than that! So I’ll have to definitely add another shake to my day.
My fajita and pizza mixes arrived today, intrigued to see how they turn out!
