I'm going to start counting the overs on a Thursday night from the coming weeks weeklies, not the previous weeks. So weeklies will now refresh at 7pm on a Thursday.

I made my own. If you get the light coconut milk its only 8pp for the can. Curry paste (the one I got anyway) was like a point for about 40g, I added 200g of prawns, onion, baby corn, red pepper and green beans. The whole thing worked out to 11pp and I ate half so rounded up to 6pp a portion.
Although I actually prefer green curry paste. I will get that next time. Its a bit hotter and I like spice.

To get to lowest I've ever been (since I've counted - about 4 years): need 6lbs

By 2nd wi in Aug 11th- into the twelves (2 weeks to go)

By first wi of Sep (1st) - lowest (5 weeks to go)
By 3rd wi of Sep (15th) - want to be 12st 7lbs (9.5lbs to lose) (7 weeks to go)
By my bday (22nd Oct) - want to be into the elevens (12 weeks to go)

Just working out my personal goals.
To get to my bday goal I need to lose just under 1.5lbs a week from now on. Hopefully do-able.
I'm carrying on with the Xmas challenge still. 8.5lbs gone from that, if I can get my 17lbs between now and my bday that'll put me on 25.5lbs lost, which is a little over half way to goal. That will give me another 9 weeks before xmas, maybe another stone by then. That would put me at 39.5lbs by Xmas too. Awesome.

Sorry for rambles. Need to write things down to work them out.

Felt so bad today. I've just eaten crap

Dinner out tomorrow with bf. Decided to go for pizza express as I can have 3 courses for 30pp. Will only use 10 or so before so should only need 10 or maybe 15 of the 23 weeklies I have left, and I wont use any others til Thursday after wi.

A shot is 2pp and a can of red bull is 3pp. I had two so I counted 6pp as there was no where near half a can in each one.

I'm going to have dough balls, or maybe garlic bread, then one of the leggara pizzas as they're only 14pp. (Probably the Ham one) . Then I will have some ice cream or the mini lemon meringue with an espresso. They don't give the pp for that one but its only tiny so I'd say 6pp to be safe. That makes 30pp with the dough balls or 28pp with the garlic bread (or might share with the bf and call it 29pp)

soco ~ southern comfort. So nice.

A leggara pizza is a pizza with a bit of the middle cut out and filled with salad. They're all about 500 calories and are between 13 and 16pp. It removes something like 30% of the calories.
