Carly the pizza was so good. Dough balls were better though!

Jemma, I really like the pie. Its just a tesco light choices one, Cumberland so it's got crunchy topping. Not bad and only 10pp.

Minus 1.5lbs for me this week. So pleased! Thats 16lbs gone now, and only 1.5lbs away from being 12 stone something. Woo!

I don't really know how I did it this week if i'm honest.
Had two meals out (nandos and pizza express), a massive piss up, and I met the bf for lunch today last minute, only 5 hours before weigh in
and I still managed to lose.
Weird.

Went out to the bingo with the girls last night. We had dinner. I chose chicken and chips, not the best option but it was nice to have chips coz I've not had any since i started ww. Anyway i don't really know how to point it.
From nandos chicken and chips are 17pp so I'm going to say 20pp to be safe. I didn't eat all the chips though but would rather over point.
