Morning ladies.
Lost 2.5lbs last night so most of the Prague gain gone.
I'm not going to write up food diary for today or yesterday. Yesterday was a weird day, no quick dinner stuff at home so ended up going to mcd's after weigh in. ooops.
Tonight I have my xmas do, so 3 course meal and lots o'booze....
Plan is to eat light through the day and then not worry about pointing tonight. I'm going to write all weeklies off and try and stick to 26pp sat-wed. But if I need to I will go up to 29pp because I dont want to restrict too much or binge.
I'm feeling pretty relaxed until new year. I will do similar next week, deffo not counting xmas day (driving to my folks so no drink which will help).
Deffo back on it big style in the new year, gotta get these last few lbs off.
