So, up until yesterday weeklies were up to 14/49.

Yesterday I ate

Breakfast

Lunch

Dinner

Chicken - 3
Sauce - 3

50g brown rice - 5

Snacks/drinks

Crisps - 3
Large wine - 6
3 x southern comfort and diet coke - 6

Grand total: 35/27
Weeklies used: 8
Total weeklies used: 22/49

Going well.
I'm a bit hungover.

Glad you had a fab hol Anj! and well done for getting right back on it! :) youre fab at this! It's so much better to just have the break you had, enjoy it all then not beat yourself up after- why ruin it with feeling guilty! bet you'll have that gain's ass kicked by xmas anyway :) x

Anna, I'm not very good at feeling guilty. I enjoyed the alcohol and chocolate too much to be guilty.

Right, food today. Breakfast was a baddie because I havent been shopping since before Prague and I have no food in, plus I was hungover.

(guess as my sister made it. Allowing a point for oil and another for a tiny bit of cheese plus 10pp for the pasta, although I doubt I had 100g)

Two more days till WI. I need to use around 13 more weeklies so five tues and five wed plus 3 extra to play with. Will probably get used tonight as I'm hungover hungry. Most likely I will have another bag of crisps as I am a pig.

Mine would consist of mcdonalds hash browns for breakfast, KFC lunch then dominoes pizza for tea, washed down with lots of full fat milk and full fat coke:)

Ooopsie. I've eaten lots of chocolate today. And had a messed up dinner coz I still dont have much food in.

The goodsthing is eating all that chocolate made me feel so sick that the last 3pp worth are sat beside me and I'm too ill to eat it! Winner.

I've used about 5 more weeklies then I usually use this week, but I reduced dailies to 27 so really, if I'd stuck to 29pp a day (which I always lost on anyway) that actually means I've only used 27 weeklies, which is a fair few less than normal.
Should be ok.
 
Morning ladies.

Lost 2.5lbs last night so most of the Prague gain gone.

I'm not going to write up food diary for today or yesterday. Yesterday was a weird day, no quick dinner stuff at home so ended up going to mcd's after weigh in. ooops.
Tonight I have my xmas do, so 3 course meal and lots o'booze....

Plan is to eat light through the day and then not worry about pointing tonight. I'm going to write all weeklies off and try and stick to 26pp sat-wed. But if I need to I will go up to 29pp because I dont want to restrict too much or binge.

I'm feeling pretty relaxed until new year. I will do similar next week, deffo not counting xmas day (driving to my folks so no drink which will help).
Deffo back on it big style in the new year, gotta get these last few lbs off.

I was pleased too.
I'm haopy with my xmas plan. Gotta have a bit of give at christmas. I'm stubborn enough to know that I will get back on out in the new year as I want that normal bmi and I want to see 10-something on the scales so badly.
