I'm not disappearing, just not going to post food diary coz you guys would be horrified!!!! Haha. Yesterday was another bad day (I probably ate about 50pp) but today I have been really good. I only had 27pp!!!! I'm so pleased. Feel a bit more in control but the next 6 days are going to be bad food / alcohol wise so damage limitation is the best I can hope for. No way I'm gonna hit 2lbs off at wi tomorrow so I wont hit my 40lbs off target but aim is to be 3 stone down by end of Jan (currently 4lbs to go, but that's obviously not counting any xmas gain), then ww goal a week or two into Feb (that's only 6lbs away right now) and then I want to be at 10 st 9lbs by end of march, absolute latest, which gives me something like 14 weeks to lose 12lbs plus any crimbo gains. We will see.
