Urgh! I'm not being good at all this week. Wrote off weeklies thanks to work xmas do but because I know I can't have over my dailies now I'm eating everything (chocolate) in sight.
Stop me!

I'm not disappearing, just not going to post food diary coz you guys would be horrified!!!! Haha. Yesterday was another bad day (I probably ate about 50pp) but today I have been really good. I only had 27pp!!!! I'm so pleased. Feel a bit more in control but the next 6 days are going to be bad food / alcohol wise so damage limitation is the best I can hope for. No way I'm gonna hit 2lbs off at wi tomorrow so I wont hit my 40lbs off target but aim is to be 3 stone down by end of Jan (currently 4lbs to go, but that's obviously not counting any xmas gain), then ww goal a week or two into Feb (that's only 6lbs away right now) and then I want to be at 10 st 9lbs by end of march, absolute latest, which gives me something like 14 weeks to lose 12lbs plus any crimbo gains. We will see.
 
All very sensible goals :) good luck for WI and fingers crossed for miracle 2lb hehe x

Right, tubster here put on 6lbs thanks to too much wine. Lol.
So I am now 11st 10.5 so 9.5lbs to goal.
I want to be at target in 6 weeks. Thats the 9th Feb or something. That's only really 1.5lbs a week. I then want to be at my personal target of 10st 9 by end of march so that's like 12 weeks to lose 15.5lbs. Shouldn't be too tough.
Back on it from tomorrow morning. Would love 2 or 3 lbs off this coming week.

Yeah good thank you but very busy and hectic. I'm feeling the food I've eaten and it's not a good feeling:)

Tell me about it. Mine has really caught up with me. I feel like crap and it has to be thanks to all the rubbish ive eaten. Looking forward to some decent home cooked meals and some control again.
Got an apple in to have in the morning..... not sure ive had fruit for the best part of a week.
 
I'd say you will get a great loss next week so don't dwell too much on it anj! I was 14.5lbs away from goal and I'm looking at a 1.5lbs gain so 16lbs to goal but then like yourself I also want to lose a bit more :)
 
Thanks Starkissed. I'm not angry at all. Ive eaten what I wanted (and more) for two weeks and I lost 2.5lbs last week (which I still think was a mistake) so I really don't mind. In the grand scheme of things its nothing, most of its probably water from all the booze and hell, I had a damn good couple of weeks. I'm not going to deprive myself over xmas when ive been 'good' for the past six months!!!

Ive changed my plan a little. Gonna do a 29pp a day week as I'm going to die if I try and stick to 26. Ive eaten so much the past couple of week so my appetite is up. Ive had 26pp today, but going to the cinema tonight. I'm join to take take bag of buttons (3 or 4pp, cant remember and a mandarin, plus I'm going to have have yogurt so will use a couple of weeklies today)
