Again, ive not been updating again.
Used three weeklies on Saturday ( total 8 weeklies)
Went to a party last night and there was a buffet. I had 13 points left for the day but I guess that I used about 45pp on the buffet (hard to stop) so up to about 40 weeklies used now. Gonna have to stick to my dailies for next three days. Should be pretty easy.
So far i've used 5 points, and ive got 8 points for lunch which leaves 16 for dinner and snacks. Should be fine. Dont know what I'm going to have for dinner yet, something with chicken probably as I have some in the fridge.

Update

I've been AWOL.


I ate fish and now feel sick.
The ex took all the mini eggs.
My internetz is finally working after SIX months.
I've watched more Buffy in the past week then should be physically allowable, especially as a 28 year old woman.
I'm eating out three times this week.
There's no way I only way 11.3
I feel fish sick.

P.S I made Fanta chicken. It was awesome. Ta da.

Ok, so for past week I have been *****. I have been counting most of my points but I had a pizza last Friday that I didn't count. I put on 3lbs last week (although I think the 4lb loss the week before was wrong tbh) although I lost 1lb this week so I'm now wi at 11st 5lbs. 4lbs to goal. That's not going to happen by 2nd wi in Feb so have reviewed to end of Feb. 3 weeks to lose 4lbs. Fingers crossed.
I have a couple of things to keep me on track.
1) today I got a new tracker/journal book. I will fill it in every day. It I coming everywhere with me.
2) ive unsubscribed from most of the thread on here aside from a couple of the challenges and a few of your diaries. Hopefully this will encourage me to update as I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with 4 pages of threads to keep up to date on.

So that's me.
Need to get below 11 stone for own sanity.
 
Yeah, you say that, but 2 weeks ago I was 2lbs to goal....... I'm feeling so much pressure and it really isn't a good time for me at the moment.
And that's only their goal. I actually want to get another 10lb off in total. But 4lbs gets me to healthy bmi so taking that at the moment.

Anj you need to look at the whole picture. Look how far you've come, you've one stone to your own goal and you've a whole lifetime to stay there, no rush, just do what you can, don't put the weight back on and relax in your size 12 jeans (if I remember right).

p.s - I'm feeling very guruish today, so feel free to ignore me lol..x
 
I know hun. Its just crappy coz I'm weighing the members at my group at the mo and they know how close I am to goal so they keep asking if I'm there and I have to tell like 20 people a week that I didn't make it. :-(
I know its nothing in the grand scheme of things. 4lbs is actually nothing. I doubt I will even notice a difference to now if I'm honest.

Welcome back petal. I kno what u mean about all the threads... Sometimes it's stessful! Lol I always have 20-35 to look at!

U will get that 4lbs... And remember those 20 members are excited for u... They aren't judging u that u aren't there they just what to kno ;) u will get there :D x
