I do
Fry off onion with choritzo and spices to your taste. I usually do 2 tbsp of madras for 3 servings. Add garlic and ginger and fry off.
Pour in jar of Pasatta and simmer for 10 mins.
Add spinach and allow to wilt then stir in coriander and serve
