Well done, Day 3 already! You should be pleased with yourself.. from all I have read on here these last few weeks, restarting is the second toughest thing.. the toughest being the maintenance! So.. more power to yer elbow! Keep glugging!

Shame about Brum.. maybe Dublin in July? Or perhaps another meet in Brum in Sept could be arranged.. lol ? Not like I am a social animal or owt y'know.. lololol
 
Hi ya Amanday, day 3 already, wow thats brilliant, there'll be no stopping ya now....pity yourself and Jackie won't be there at the Burm meet, I'm hiding all statements that come thru the door and going anyway Ha Ha,,these mini breaks are me holliers, maybe we'll all get adventurous and do a meet in the Carribean one day LOL.....

Yep I was on day 3 yesterday but last night I blew it!!

Ate a ton of stuff and was really p*ssed off with myself this morning.

But it got me thinking......

If I carry on as I have been...eating then SSing then eating again....

. I'll put all the weight back on
. I'll not like myself
. I'll not feel attractive
. I'll not be able to fit in my clothes much longer
. I won't feel as good in the summer as I did last year
. I'll want to cover the flesh in the summer

I'm sure there's many more points to add to that list
feel free to tell me about them...and tell me off..lol

So here I go again....hope I learnt something from last nights binge!!!!

Hiya Amanda,

Looks like you learn't loads from last nite's little blip....i'm even taking pointers of your list, cuz their my reasons to diet too LOL...

Hope you got up this morning, dusted yourself down and made your sachet/tetra....get the water into ya and post your update on here later...your doing grand...no road is flat and smooth, its always gotta have bumps to get over, the trick is we do get over them.....
