Losing the baby weight for my wedding

10lbs is a fantastic weigh loss...no wonder you are happy :classic_big_grin:

I lost 6lbs my first week back on SW and I was shocked and delighted at the same time...:classic_eek::classic_big_grin: Only 1 1/2lb this week but I got my half stone award which has really helped to motivate me this week to try and do better.:classic_smile:

Today's food

Breakfast - 2x heck chicken sausages 0.5syns, slice of bacon and egg on hex b brown bread with cheese spread part hex a

Lunch - tuna pasta with kale pepper and onion 0.5syns for mayo

Snack - blueberries and raspberries with a spoonful of fat free yoghurt

Dinner - youngs chinese curry with brown rice curry loaded with turkey, onion, peppers, kale, courgette and Celery with 3.5syns

Syns Turkish delight 9 syns and mini jelly tots 2.5syns

Start of my new week.

Breakfast I had fruit salad and fat free yoghurt as was rushing about to get out so had bananna pear melon and grapes

Lunch was home made chicken and rice soup

Snack some ham slices and a tangerine I'm really hungry today.

Dinner will either be Italian sausages if I can figure out syn value in the sainsburys be good to yourself sausages. Or vegetable chow mein

Supper - hex b bread and hex a cheese and ham

Breakfast - slice of hovis best of both 4.5syns, 2 chicken sausages 0.5syns, egg in fry light, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes

Lunch - chicken and rice soup

Snack - little bit fruit and yoghurt

Dinner - Italian sausages with lots of veg from lean in 15 (3.5syns having 3 Cumberland and 2 thin heck chicken ones) and wedges

Lunch - baked potato with tuna and mayo 1syn with tomato and cucumber and pickles.

Dinner - 1 pot aromatic pork loaded with vef

Supper - rest of my hex a cheese on toast

Lunch - lentil soup thanks to my wee sister was lovely

Dinner - sw pizza 3 syns loaded with mushrooms, onions, peppers and chicken and rest hex a cheese with wedfes

Dinner - petes peanut curry loaded with vegetables half rice and half chips 4"syns

Today iv made a new sound sweet potato tomato and carrot for the next few days

Breakfast hex b toast with half hex a cheese and a coffee part hex a and boiled egg x 2

Lunch - last part of petes peanut curry 4 syns

Snack - melon and crunchie from selection box 6 syns

Dinner - gammon sw roast potatoes mashed potatoes peas and carrots

Will have a Treat or two tonight I use most my syns at weekends

Meals this week will be
Breakfasts - eggs or fruit and yoghurt
Lunches - made sweet potato, carrot and tomato soup and making lentil and gammon soup during week
Dinners - bbq pork and gammon pasta bake, pork 5% mince burgers, chilli baked potatoes, pizza and wedges, spaghetti and meatballs this takes us to pay day where we will go get rest good in.

Breakfast - fruit cocktail and fat free yoghurt with melon, kiwi, pineapple, grapes and tangerine

Lunch will be sweet potato soup

Bananna and cereal bar 3.5 syns

Dinner pork and gammon bbq pasta bake loaded with vegetables

Hex a and b toast and cheese and two crackers 3 syns

Such a horrible day here today pouring all day.

Went out to Zac class and visited my parents also went to shop to get stuff in for soup to make tomorrow.

Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes and ham

Lunch - lentil soup

Snack - 2/3 of a bananna Zac ate rest

Dinner - chilli in baked potato with lots of vegetables in it chopped tomatoes, pepper, onion, mushrooms and kale. With part hex a cheese

Supper - hex b brown bread with part hex a cheese and ham

Had a long day yesterday my son wasn't well and spent most day crying.

Food was good

Breakfast - apple and a bananna
Lunch - sw quiche with chicken and mushroom batchelors pasta and loads of veg added to it with salad and pickles 0.5syns

Dinner - 5% pork mince burgers with hex a cheese and b brown roll, salad and wedges

Syns - 0.5
Weekly - 7/105

Also made a pot of lentil and gammon soup for today
