Losing the battle

Just weighed this morning as I am
Going out for a fright night tonight do might have a treat and I have lost 1lb I am a but dissapointend to be honest as I have kept really low cals this week aaahh never mind hopefully I will lose two next week x
 
It used to be 2lb to 3lb at the beginning but it's so hard I really struggle
To get under 10st I was literally eating soup
For lunch at dinner before my holiday to get to 9st 9 that's why it went back on so quick I think so I should be happy with one lb really it's one lb closer to target 9lb to go before Christmas is still do able
 
Yeah it is doable and sometimes losing small amounts is better in the long term, Id be made up being 9lb lighter by xmas its still a nice chunk and you still cud even get bit more if you do have some 2lbs losses. I thinking of trying the 30 day shred its meant to be really good in losing inches I might order copy on monday and do it for the whloe of november to see if it works x

Yeah fine apart from a bit of #beerfear and the fact I have apparently gained 2lb I am sure i didn't consume quite 7000 extra calories but hey ho hopefully it will be off quickly x how are you
 
I weighed in sat and lost 1 lb them
When nuts and gained 2 ha ha ha prov weigh sat morning wore my Halloween party
