Smart Points Losing weight for Summer 2017 xx

I'm pleased I was expecting a sts- next week I should get into the next stone bracket so will be tracking everything.

We just started looking at holidays - we need to go during school holidays so it either be May half term or end of Aug - which ever is the best price now our family as expanded!

Oooooo the next stone bracket is so exciting, that's worth being meticulous with your tracking for!!!! Good Luck!!!! School Hols are so expensive aren't they?!? We are going on the 26th July as the airline only flies on a Tuesday and that was the cheapest Tuesday as its only just in the hols! Happy Holiday Hunting! X

Well done on the loss. You are doing really well
Ooh, holiday shopping sounds amazing. I can't wait to hear where you decide to go.
I hate the cost of holidays in school hols, it's crazy how much it can cost.
X

Thanks x

Only started looking- still not sure if we will go away as its so expensive during school holidays- which really does annoy me but it will be a great incentive to lose weight- I wouldn't mind July time as well as it give me a bit more time.

I think I'm a bit run down at the moment- headache, tiredness feel bit sick as well- still sticking to plan x

It sounds so lovely- your have a fab time xx

Have you looked at Euro camps? They seem really cheap in school holidays and our friends who go love it.
We're tempted to try it out next year.
Xx

Glad to hear you're still sticking to plan but don't be too hard on yourself if you're run down, maybe try to incorporate some comfort food in which is still in your pp budget. How are u feeling this evening? X

I've had a look at Euro camp but there coming quite expensive too maybe cos there 6 of us now- will have another look x

I just got a headache and I'm so tired, think Evie's having bit growth spurt she's been constantly feeding the last 2 days x

Are u having enough fluid if she's feeding a lot? Know I get a bad headache if I'm dehydrated X

I hope you're feeling better today.
It's so draining when they are feeding so much.
Are you allowed more points when she's feeding more?
Have a lovely weekend. Xx

Thanks x
I slept better so that helped! I'm already on an extra 22sp a day- if I wasn't b/f I be on 30sp so I can have 52sp but I think for myself it's too many x

I tried Evie with a bit formula earlier she wasn't impressed at all, I want to carry on b/f but wouldn't mind her having the odd bottle if I need to leave her etc

I did my usual asda online shop and most of my fresh stuff was unavailable including cheese, milk, chicken, Chris's ribs, turkey burgers and mixed veg x

My friend who I saw today is trying to get her little boy to take some formula and he does not like it at all! Mummy's Milk is definitely best!!! How annoying about Asda, how can things like cheese and milk be unavailable! Those are staples!!!! X

How old is your friends little boy? Evie definitely agrees mummies milk is the best! I been constantly feeding all day x

I know Asda are usually good I had a load of subs too but they were like for like- milk is essential- so its mainly freezer food for us xx

Freezer Food Rocks Remember! Hugo is 9mths, he was born at the end of May X

Oh the little boy you visited last week- bless him.

I usually buy a few fresh meals for the first few days then we eat freezer bits towards the end of the week xx

Yeah that's right :) x

Haha, to the not liking formula. Mummies milk is definitely sweeter and nicer tasting.
That sausage sandwich looks amazing. I love the heck sausages.
Your snacks sound tasty too.

I'm so hungry today doing my best to stay within points!

B-/L hot choc - heck sausages in sandwich thins, banana.

D- chicken veg and mash

S- Milky Way, 3 Alpen lights, chocolate mini roll.

Sorry to hear you're having such a hungry day! Is there any way you could substitute one of your snacks for something more protein based as your snacks are very much carb based? The
Protein might keep you fuller for longer, for example some nuts or yogurt or even some meat/cheese. X
