I'm a big fan of the offer, poppy knows it doesn't come in the trolley if it's not value, on offer or reduced! I trained her well lol X
 
You're doing so well. It's a great feeling when you see a new stone bracket. It makes it all worth it.
I wish my girls new what offers are, I hate taking them to the shops as random things end up in the trolley and I don't usually notice until the checkout. I swear they work as a team so one distracts me.
 
Omg! I can't beleieve when I wrote my post I missed your post about your WI, I'm so so sorry! Naughty Me! 3lbs is a fantastic loss, 15lbs since the start of the year is great (Slow and Steady wins the race!) and the next stone bracket is awesome! Well Done, huge pat on the back for you! In future, I'll make sure I read the feed a bit better!

I think it's all about the moderation, enough treats to keep you satisfied but not too much to go over board! 1.5st is doable, we will be here every step of the Way!x
 
Thanks Hun, for your support-it's definitely helping cutting back on chocolate and biscuits - especially mon- fri, I relax a little over the weekends- Saturday's are going be my treat days !!
I see how I feel once I reach my goal weight, ideally I would like to size 12's again.

So happy it's a Friday- waiting for my shopping to be delivered, on my own tonight as OH is out xx

Who do u use for your shopping delivery? Where's your OH gone? Sunday will be my Treay Day this week, Mothers Day only comes once a year after all! X PS-Size 12s will be great, they will look great on you X

I can imagine you do with lots of hungry mouths to feed! I'm iist under 5 foot and have lost 2 dress sizes with my nearly 2 stone X PS-Does the delivery pass mean free deliveries? X

Well sometimes delivery charges can be up to a fiver a time. I'm also thinking pizza tomorrow too.

Today's been busy I went to Westfield did abit of shopping, needed some new jeans and got mil Mother's Day present etc and also got the girls a couple tops.

Food today:

B- Porridge -5sp

L-Bbq chicken roll, 2 Alpen lights-11sp

D-Pizza baguette, jacket potato and mayo- 14sp

S- 2 Special k chewy bars 8sp Quavers 3sp.

Your Saturday sounds lovely, I've never been to Westfield but have heard it's nice. You did brill with your food too considering u was out and about! Which jeans did u get? X
