Smart Points Losing weight for Summer 2017 xx

I'm looking forward to wi tomorrow I'm hoping to get some kind of loss even if it's a small one- last week I knew I was getting a decent loss as I could feel it but this week I don't feel any different- but stuck to plan.

I was holding Evie earlier and thought to myself I've lost more weight this year than what she weighs now - so basically a stone is a size of a nearly 5mth old xx

Hearing u mention a lot 'losing' a 5 month old child reminded me of this:

So I've 'lost' a 2yr old child, how careless! Lol! I will have lost nearly a Vacuum Cleaner when I get to my goal! X

So that's 17lbs since January!

Omg! I'm so so proud of you! How fabulous are you! Just goes to show that we can have our treats in moderation and still get these fantastic results! Well Done! X

I love that you're so happy and motivated, the way you are feeling is so totally earned and you certainly deserve to treat yourself when the time comes around! X
 
It does make you feel better- I'm holding off to buy anything till then- also we might take the girls away during May half term so another incentive to get at least a stone off by then x

That would be nice but think we might just go away for a few days- it might be a bit much flying with 3 lo's xx

Oh gosh yes! And could you imagine how much stuff u would need!!! X

We always pack far too much and every time we say we'll bring less and it never happens.
 
It's crazy how much we pack, there were so many clothes the girls didn't get a chance to wear last year.

Oh I want to go abroad now, was thinking just a few days away at coast or Legoland.

I need a small goal to work towards! Yesterday was a day off plan so it's safe to say I've used all my weeklies I basically had my usual food during the day but in the evening had a 2 toffee crisps, chocolate Easter cakes and Chinese ( not a big portion). So from now I will be back tracking as aiming for healthy losses of 1-2lbs per week xx

We used to have Annual Passes for Legoland, miss them so much but I wouldn't have time to use them much now I work full time.

Your Friday Evening sounds fab! I'm having a Chinese tomorrow night but I'm out for lunch at the moment so this weekend might back fire! X
 
There so expensive now, so you need to go a lot to get your money's worth. We probably do the 2for1 offers if we go X

My Friday food was so yummy and would love to eat all again today but I want to have a good loss next week! Your weekend sounds fab X

I think a full 5.5 days on plan should be enough to see a decent loss. Look at my week last week, I really only had 4 full days on plan! X
 
I renewed our merlin passes today and nearly cried at the cost but we go a lot to legoland and Alton towers so for us it's a cheap day out once we've paid for them.

I'm sure you'll still get a loss this week. Sometimes a bit of a blow out can help the body (yes, I'm also hoping this is true for me this week ;))

It's not a blow out its a metabolism reset don't u know ;) X PS-Do u have standard or premium passes? X
