This week's loss is..... 3.8lbs !!!! yaaaaay. Feel a bit guilty tho cos i've been super naughty this week, although not had a big carb binge, have been eating things like doner kebabs, chinese buffet and so on because i have a new boyfriend. But then again since i've been occupied i'm not having time for lots of snacking, and i'm proud to have broadly stayed on plan and made good choices.
