I find this diet very hard to get my head around and regually fall off the wagon but Im still going at it. This lot are showing us how we should be following it and the proof is in their weight losses...anyhow sorry again..(I still think its you though)

Hope you are doing better today Dave, honestly it gets easier. The first few weeks all I could think about was food, then after that its a case of what do I need to eat to survive, not what would I like. Its a tough diet but so expensive you need to have strong will power, something I didn't think I had. Now I know I have it. Am actually gonna give up smoking soon as I reach 12.5 st. If I can do this, I can do anything!! Good Luck!!
