I am going back to work next week after being off sick long term and am hoping that I can continue this healthy eating as I suffer from work related stress/depression and am praying that the munchies or wine don't attack!! Lol ....... What am I like??!!
I think it's because I'm not truthful with what I eat, i think I've been good but forget stuff like flora on toast and eating a biscuit here and there. At least I haven't bought a chocolate bar for 2 weeks! I used to drink loads of wine but stopped it so thought just that difference would help me lose weight but nope! Oh well Thursday we shall see if it's working! I used to eat so much junk when I worked as I could eat at my desk, now I don't I put weight on?! Crazy! When do you go back? X
I too had food amnesia at first but i find I'm a lot better now however yesterday was a "naughty" day
My fault - using stress as excuse! Took Coco to vets to be spayed - such a long, long day but thankfully she's home (very groggy ). Whilst she was in vets I went into work (going back wed - yikes!!), had smear test (yuk) and my eldest son is moving into his first flat - am worn out so going to have a lazy day with Coco and back on plan 100%
