Yass - I would really try shaking things up a bit. Eat more points at lunch time? I take a lots of different things for lunch, ready meals, salad, pasta, rice, sarnies. What about have a something like eggs for breakfast for a change? I have yet to reach a plateau (I have done in the past) but this is the plan for when I do! I think sometimes our bodies get used to what we are putting into it, we need to wake it up a bit xx
