ProPoints Lots to lose: Trying to refind the wagon!!!!

Argh! Shouldn't have gone for that Chinese! I weighed myself yesterday morning and is lost 2lb, weighed myself this morning and STS!

yeah lou i know what u mean u be dying to get them wee stickers lol!!!!! All i want is 1lb this week to my second silver 7!!!!!! scared that if i go to a different scale that their scales will be off and ill not get it this week!!!! So might try and get my friend to come into work and hour early for me so i can make my own WI!!!!

gonna have to work my bum off this week even to get my 1lb after all the drink on friday night!!!! i regret it now but hey dont we all!!!!!!!

yeah if i even get a sts it wouldnt be too bad this week!!!! i drank so much alcohol on friday night that i dont even have a clue how many pp was in it lol!!!! once u start getting drunk the points go out the window lol!!!! what did u get up to this weekend lou??? xxxxxx
 
not really done much this weekend, my son had a sleepover so that was fun... NOT lol.. am knackered today no sleep last night but not had any naughty food, got a chicken casserole from asda Mmmm am looking forward to it tonight !..hope everyone has a good week this week..

and laurenasha your alcohol maybe ok for weigh in it's liquid so should be gone by thursday just have a good weeek xxx
 
yeah u too lou!!! i panic at the smallest things lol!!!! had a sneak peak at my own scales and they are showing 1lb lighter!!! so if i can be good till then hopefully all should be well!!!!

Sherrie let us know when ur WI is!!!!!

Maybe that was just the weight of the Chinese itself in your system? If you had 2lb lost before it, it should definitely reemerge next week, I know it's disheartening, but we know you can do it!

I just had a *massive* dinner! Quorn chicken burger in a bap with salad, mayo, ketchup, a double portion of home-made chips and some green beans in garlic, with a full-fat orange Amore yoghurt afterwards, yum! Used about 20 of my weeklies, though! :S Weigh in is tomorrow morning, so fingers crossed all the carbs won't do too much damage!
 
Hi everyone, spent the day at crufts and so tired I've just had a chicken shish kebab ..... Plenty of points left and miles of walking so not worried at all and it was delicious.
I counted as 19 as can't find it in the book ..... Chicken and lamb 10, pitta large 8 and chilli sauce 1, what do you think.... Does it sound about right?

aw thats good then. i know sometimes it's hard getting to the meetings,

i'm going for a walk into town later with my little lad it's about 1 mile and a nice walk so going to tesco for fruit..

oh and can someone please punch me!!! had another sneak peek this morning and am 1lb down but that was before any coffee and with PJ's on !!! LOL i am really stressing about the weigh in tomorrow ! LOL...

silly thing is that the resonable voice in my head is saying so what.. it means if you stick you'll get the results next week.. the devil voice is saying stuff this bring on the cakes LOL
 
yeah i know sometimes in the past when i've got a bad result at WI!!! i think sod this, all that hard work for nothing!!! whats the point!!!!

but the point is Lou, do we really want to be doing this over and over again to ourselves!!! i know i dont!!! i want to be SLIM!!!!! so stick to it pet and we'll get there xxxxxxxx
 
made a lovely big pot of irish stew today with lean mince!!! and boiled myself some cauliflower and extra carrots as well!!! so gonna take that to work with me!! yum yum home comfort food on a cold day!!! also having some of my home made veg soup for lunch!!! Really have to try and do more home cooking!!! ready meals isn't really the best thing!!! any one have any ideas of what i could make next that is low in points!!! was thinking of makin a chicken dinner tomor with LOADS of veg!!!!!

also goin to the gym again tonight!!! :( am starting to detest doing it!!!!
 
oh and ive also started drinkin green tea(not bad with plenty of sweetners) apparently its supposed to speed up the weight loss process!! i've not had bread in 3 day :) and am drinkin at least 2-3 ltrs of water aday!!! want to see if it helps me loss weight this week!!!!

i went shopping for a swimming costume today so i can take my lad swimming.... bought one but was so peeved off we had a macdonalds !! have pointed it and had a chicken sandwhich still got weeklies left but NOT good the day before weighin !!!

laurenasha your food sounds lovely, i sometimes make chicken dinners, Mmmmm keep the points down by not eating the skin, having plenty of veg, and roasting your potato's either dry or with some frylight ( part boil first ) Yummy... the bisto chicken gravy is quite high ( according to esource)

I've been a little bad today. Started off good! Had beans on toast, but then for lunch I had 2 Pink n Whites, and a timeout. Dinner was 2 slices of toast, 2 quorn sausages, fried egg, beans, onions courgette and tomato (no idea why i did onion and courgette! lol) and mushrooms then a cornetto. I've gone over by 5pp and I Feel like I've fallen off the wagon today, so fed up of STS :( completely losing motivation.
I've been so good the last 6 weeks and all I've lost is 3lb. I was on track to lose another 2lb and cos I had a chinese it went out the window! I dont want to diet all my life and not be able to eat something nice every now and again :(
I'm probably just feeling a little sorry for myself, I'm going to stick with it but if I STS again this week then might have to change tactics and try something else.
 
Hey hun, have you tried altering the amount of your weeklies you have? Like using ALL of them one week, or none at all another week?
 
ok girls sounds like almost everyone is having a bad week!!!

i feel so tired and low this evenin!!! i jus want to eat everything!!! i have stuck to my points (i think) but jus feel like i'm doing really bad!!!! really need to lift my chin up and work my bum off!!!!!

was supposed to go to the gym this evening but was feeling so crap that i didnt bother going!!! Really need to catch myself on!!!!!!!!!!!!
