Thanks I'm over the moon with that! Still need 5lb for July goal but 2.5 a week is doable I think! Even if I get close to it I will be happy!!!

Erin, I've sent the email to you. Hope its not too much!! Theres so many times I've seen a diet like this and seen all the things I need to buy and its put me off. But I went to Holland & Barratt today and got brown rice, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, smoked tofu, oatmeal and it only came to £8.
