I tried the Dukan Diet when it first came out (lasted a week), loved the bran pancakes and lived on those, cottage cheese & prawns. Only lost 2lbs which is par for the course of most diets for me, however had to give up as became totally constipated and needed to resort to some serious medication to put it right I normally eat quite a high fibre diet and unless I just ate the oatbran I could not get enough roughage!!!!
